Your characters name: Makar_Burkov Other players involved: Specific rule broken: Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player or damaging their property intentionally without having a valid in-character reason to do that. Breaking this rule repeatedly will end in a permanent ban. Both sets of players, attackers and the deceased, should avoid roleplay with each other for 30 minutes. Additionally, the deceased player may not return to the area of their death while the attacking party is present, even if it is just to obtain a vehicle. Both sets of players should not bring up previous deaths when conversing afterward through in-character channels. Players must value their vehicles and only use them for transportation or getaway and not for ramming other vehicles when it is not necessary. Players may not destroy their vehicles intentionally. A player who uses a vehicle to ram other vehicles must use a vehicle designed or able to do so realistically. Supercars should not be used for ramming in any circumstance. How did the player break the rule?: Stranger 2131_1731 rammed us with the supercar. Mask 8808_5154, Mask 3118_4430 killed us before, when we were driving in the highway, they tried to rp with us, started to ram us too, then started to shoot our car. Guy who was driving a motorcycles, first off all we got on radio from our guy information when he was working at the Polls farm you robbing one guy and killed him so he was afraid and called for backup then when we came with Max we saw you guys driving arround our guy and wanted to rob him, when we came you instantly started running away we stopped you and said get out from the motorcycles and let's speak, so you started shooting at us (FEAR RP), that's why we killed you and then when you was underground you spoke on radio "Need backup, fast". So we saw you guys with contender and we started asking from which gang and they was so disrespectful to us, after you killed us i saw your guy with red pants so it's NLR. That's my answer to this report. 7.1.1 Fear role play is the concept of role playing fear for your character’s life in situations where your safety is in immediate danger when the attacker is in a position to quickly end your life at will. This can come in a form of having a weapon aimed at your character’s head at close range, where reaching for your own weapon would result in you being killed instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death. 7.1.4 As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker; • You cannot call 911, call your friends or allies to aid you, because that would be failure to comply; 6.5.3 The deceased character must avoid interaction with their killer (or killers) for 30 minutes and must not return to the area of their death, unless the killer (or killers) have left the area. We said stop and you said no, you can listen your video what you said for us, and we didn’t killed you because police came and after this you still stayed in highway... So you stopped and started shooting at us and 2 of your guys killed us and then we didn’t do anything to your guys. I was driving comet and i rammed you? Drake Hudson (2718_5583/Mask 3118_4430) @Inzein a ban for breach of NLR, by interacting with the people he killed less than 5 minutes after the incident. Max Bryant (Stranger 2039_4004/Mask 8808_5154) a ban for breach of NLR, by interacting with the people he killed less than 5 minutes after the incident. Elena Rienhart (Stranger 2131_1731/5796_6211) @Quiet which is the driver of the Jester, ramming and trying to stop a much heavier vehicle in an expensive sports car. Will be receiving a kick for Non-Roleplay behavior.
