(300 words maximum)\Player was handcuffed, right before the video starts the blue car is parked already at DOC, pulls around with the door shut. Player 63 is still handcuffed, as he is getting into the car I tase him. The video starts. Hes seen running in place (which is what happens visually sometimes when you are going through the anim for being tased) I have my taser on him and he continues to get back into the vehicle as if he hasnt been tased. Another vehicle pulls up behind me blocking me in. No regard for the tase, no regard for the handcuffs. Forcefully does rp without being realistic. Appelgi
I have no footage of the incident. Reported party had not informed me to do so. I didn't think much of it at all, that's why I had not saved any footage. Its simple, I saw Musto getting arrested and since I spoke with him earlier at burger shot and being a great friend with him I decided to just pick him up. I arrived earlier than the officer and waited until I saw Musto get out, in preparation I already opened up my door and I just parked next to Musto to let him in. While Musto did so, the officer missed the tazer, hitting the car. We fled and that's it. I don't see anything wrong with the situation. Thanks. Pootis
Alex Deane here - Was never told to save my POV so I don't have it sadly. Here's the turn of events from my perspective; I was working at Burgershot and one of my colleagues walks in and tells me ''Yo Alex, I think your friend is being arrested''. I clock out, walk outside and stand next to where he (Teun Musto) is being pulled over. He decides to evade so I get in my car and try to follow. He's crashed nearby so I know he's being taken to DOC and like Benjamin I want to help him out. 14 hours ago, Yputi said: Please explain your motive for performing the action that has been performed and explain any factors considered. My motive being; he's an old friend of mine and the reason for his arrest was bullshit in my opinion (old fines from over a year ago, last time he was on the server). 14 hours ago, Yputi said: Why does it appear, according to the provided evidence, a vehicle was used to block the reporting player's vehicle. Please explain if you believe the action was realistic to perform. I get to DOC before any of them and wait around the corner to overlook everything. Musto steps in the Schlagen and they drive away. To be able to help to some degree I decide to slow down the cop. Here's why I think what I did was right and realistic. The cruiser was stopped, no one was inside it and it was clearly parked. The officer saw me get in position before he even turned the engine on, so I gave him plenty of time to think of another way to get out. However, when he hit my car I immediately drove away to avoid any further obstruction to him, and damage to my car.
TvA
Hi Teun Musto here, 14 hours ago, Yputi said: Why does it appear, according to the provided evidence, the vehicle is being entered almost immediately after the taser effect has been stopped from prior discharge. What you can't see on this footage is that I already got in the car before getting tazed and then got kicked out because of the taze. I guess it bugged and I think it's a shame that was cut from the video. 14 hours ago, Yputi said: Please explain if you believe that the actions visible in the provided evidence are considered realistic to perform, considering the taser discharge directed at your character while cuffed. I do think it's realistic, like I said I technically already got in the car before getting tazed and since it's not a lethal firearm I think fleeing while the tazer was not directly pointed at me was fine. 14 hours ago, Yputi said: Please present any evidence you may have. Unfortunately I was not asked by the reporting party to save my POV so I don't have any. I would also like to add that the car door was definitely open when I got in, hence why I was able to get in the car while handcuffed. Kind regards,

Yputi
REPORT DENIED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s): I would first like to turn the attention to the provided footage in this report. The footage shows a situation where the reporting party (Pierce_Locke) is aiming a taser at ID 63 (Teun_Musto). After around 1 second in the footage, you can see Teun_Musto's character running while staying in place. Meanwhile, ID 256 (Benjamin_Specht) approaches in a Schlagen GT with the passenger sided door already open while driving. After a very short moment, the Schlagen GT gets positioned in such way where Teun_Musto is located behind the door of the vehicle, Pierce_Locke being located at the other side of the door with a taser still in Teun_Musto's direction. As Teun_Musto's character is able to walk again, the player enters the vehicle. During Teun_Musto's character entering the vehicle, Pierce_Locke discharges his taser, but hits the vehicle, missing Teun_Musto. Benjamin_Specht almost immediately reverses the vehicle and drives away. Pierce_Locke can then be seen running towards the police vehicle, entering it. ID 92 (Alex_Deane) shows up in a Flash GT while the officer is entering the vehicle, parking the Flash GT directly behind the stationary police vehicle. As Pierce_Locke starts the vehicle, the player tries to manouvre out of the situation by driving forwards and reversing a little bit, hitting the Flash GT once while reversing before the Flash GT moves away. Pierce_Locke then drives towards the direction where Teun_Musto and Benjamin_Specht would have headed to initially. Pierce_Locke has been requested to provide extended footage to give more context about the reported situation. The player replied not being able to provide this. Benjamin_Specht has been requested to provide any footage of the reported situation. The player replied not being able to provide this as well. Teun_Musto has been asked to explain if it was correct the vehicle was being entered almost immediately after the taser effect was no longer active, if they consider their performed action(s) to be realistic considering the factors and the player was requested to provide any footage of the situation. Teun_Musto explained that a part is now being shown in the provided footage where the player already entered the vehicle previously, but got bugged out of it due to the taser. The player also states that the performed actions would be realistic because the player already entered the vehicle before (but got kicked out due to a bug) and the situation did not involve a lethal firearm. The player also states not being able to provide any footage of the reported situation. Alex_Deane has been asked to explain if they consider the action of blocking the police vehicle with their vehicle to be realistic, the motive they had for performing this action and any factors considered. Alex_Deane states that they were informed previously that an old friend (Teun_Musto) would be arrested and Alex_Deane wanted to help out. The player then explains that the factors considered were the police vehicle being stationary. Alex_Deane's intention was to slow down Pierce_Locke by performing the action that can be seen in the provided footage. The player then also states immediately driving away once hit once by Pierce_Locke. Last, Alex_Deane states not being able to provide any footage of the reported situation. After going through all evidence and statements of all players, we believe that Teun_Musto did not break any rules in the actions that were performed in the provided evidence. Teun_Musto can be seen entering the vehicle after the taser effect was no longer active, which, according to the provided evidence, appears to not have been done in an abusive or forceful manner. Pierce_Locke did not appear to be actively performing any other action that required Teun_Musto's input and only aimed a taser at Teun_Musto. However, Pierce_Locke misses the taser on Teun_Musto, making Teun_Musto able to enter the vehicle. According to the provided evidence, the vehicle door was already opened, making it realistic for a cuffed player to enter the vehicle without any issues. Alex_Deane confirmed their motive and considered factors in their statement. Although we believe that everything considered is valid (Pierce_Locke was stationary, left after being bumped once, it was with the intention to help in an escape of a friend), we would still like to inform the player about a way to improve the quality of RP in the reported situation: The vehicle used to perform these actions is still considered expensive and the player should be careful with performing such actions. Players are still expected to use appropriate vehicles for the actions they want to perform. This would improve the quality of RP, as it would be more realistic. For the above mentioned reasons, no punishments will be applied. We wish to have all involved players learn from this report and we would like to thank all involved players for their professionalism during this time. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
