• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. 
• Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested.

13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

• Players whose life is in direct danger must RP adequate fear and comply with demands given to them. Direct danger could mean, for example, a gun aimed at your head or at you from close vicinity, by any player. 

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
ID 193 was just processed, then was seen running immediately to the door attempting to jump through, ID 193 then ran around the cell block, before following ID 94 up the stairs to the top floor. At this point ID 193 attacked and injured ID 94, they continue by running at, then attacking ID 142, again, causing them to be injured saying, "get smoked you pussy". It is a very clear Random Deathmatch, and extremely poor RP. Since the footage below, ID 193 continued to show poor RP with DOC Faction Members, including Fear RP, DM, OOC Toxicity, Mic Spamming and overall poor RP. 

Majority of the rulebreaks above can not be proven by myself, however evidence and statements would be available by DOC Faction Members.

I requested the reported party to save any POV they may have, to which they replied no.

Hello,

I can confirm I was the person who got injured(142), I just logged in and was tabbed out.

0 escalation and 0 interaction with quite frankly anyone as i had tabbed out as soon as i logged in and when I came back I was dead in a cell.

I also did a /report 4 and was told this person DM'ed 2 other people and a forum report was being made.

• [Notified in-game] - Niteto_Niteto (193) - We would like to enquire about the choice you have made, and the RP demonstrated by yourself during your time at the DOC. Please provide an answer to the following questions, as always any relevant POV from yourself would be appreciated:

  • You engaged in a number of fights between both guards and inmates as demonstrated in both POV provided by players who witnessed it, as well as shown in your logs. What gave you DM rights on these individuals and what escalation if any took place prior?

  • Do you believe your conduct and use of /pm towards other players was appropriate and fosters a healthy environment for others?

  • Did you receive OOC consent from all parties who witnessed the transphobic slurs used by yourself prior to using them?

  • Why were you heard both playing music through your microphone as well as also making various loud noises also? Do you believe that this is realistic and promotes good quality roleplay?

• Niteto_Niteto (193) - Deathmatching | The video clearly shows you just going at it with the guard without any context or any build up. If you are wanting to fight anywhere, you need a clear line of escalation instead of just starting to punch people at random.

• Niteto_Niteto (193) - Non Roleplay | Playing loud sounds and music through your mic, without RP of any speakers, or similar devices, doesn't make sense and is not allowed.

• Niteto_Niteto (193) - Gross RP | Using LGTB slurs without any context nor and OOC permission is against our rules.

• Niteto_Niteto (193) - OOC Behavior | Yelling at people in OOC that are trying to help you understand the rules, especially as a new player is not welcomed. You could have possibly ignored or just said okay, instead of saying what you did.
