188 had snuck up behind me while I roleplaying fixing a car and looking with no warning or demands or rp prompts immediately stabbed me, no roleplaying whatsoever.

Hello, this clip is very convenient it ignores all of the previous RP. Me and a few other people were asking if they had any mechanics available to repair a bike that was down the road, when we refused to leave after not receiving an answer reggie pulled a gun on us, we came back with 3 of us around the corner ( 2 with guns) and defended ourselves.

The previous RP had occurred hours  beforehand, where they had come to the Shop multiple times and I had told them we have somebody doing MRs, I then asked politely for them to leave after they had kept insulting and yelling at me,I had withdrawn my gun when one of them was being aggressive and got off the bike. 

I have footage of the previous encounter that I got through the person I was chatting with

Additionally, I would like to remind the reported party @Eran Collins of a very important point

• Instigating a situation and baiting a reaction from a player within their rights and have done nothing wrong to you is considered as invalid and does not grant you DM rights. In this situation, you stayed on their premises, harassing them and refusing to leave just to bait the reaction and from your words, you acted upon it. We will consider this as a spoken to and keep in mind you must have valid DM rights from within our rules to act on it and you need to engage them in RP and escalate it, nothin as Kill On Sight exists unless you are in an active shootout/situation that is already escalated.
