" 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch
7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons.
7.3.2 A vehicle cannot be used to repeatedly force a player into a ragdoll state, for example, it cannot be used to knock the
player down on the ground multiple times or to park a vehicle on top of them.
7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other
player on the ground.
7.3.4 If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only
one attempt to do it. This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the
purpose of hitting more players. "

How did the player break the rule?: The man back up over top of of the victim and then drove forward and continued to reverse again back into him injuring him.

Yeah I did run him over multiple times. He done that thing where he came out and I moved back at the same time, kinda panicked as he was telling me to move on discord so I just got out the car in the end. You can talk to him also on discord to confirm this. His name in game is Tanveer Arayan

Thanks for your response @iAvengejjw  I did to some extent think it was an accident, as I have also had this done to me. You begin to panic going forwards and backwards trying to get off them and end up injuring them. I have one concern though that you guys was on discord and speaking to each other. Although he does talk to you in VOIP in character I would advise to mute discord when in a active roleplay scenario. 

@ABroHam Please do not take reporting another player lightly and try to reserve reports for severe loss or situations that were abused for benefit. 
As the read me says before posting a report: 

Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred. Always try to teach other players in the community, especially with newer players, as well as help them truly understand your point of view prior to simply reporting them if something doesn't go your way.

Although we do appreciate you trying to keep the community healthy, In the future please consider if a report is worth making before posting one.
