Your characters name: Apollo Gambino
Other player(s) involved: N/A

Specific rule(s) broken:

13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

  • If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands.
  • A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it.

How did the player break the rule(s)?
I tried educating him ooc'ly because of having a 30k xp and tried telling him to redo the roleplay/ooc settle but he refused it by still giving reason that he didn't break any rules. I decided to keep it ic, and not to report him however after seeing my Scout crashed on east high way intentionally(https://ibb.co/1QQZVXx)which takes time to repair, I changed my mind and decided to report him.

I tried to rob this guy for his plants in North Lab, the moment i tried doing /me, he quickly stood up from his knees under my gunpoint close range and ran into my car which you can see in the video. This rulebreak cause me losing my .50 inside the Scout and I will spend time to repair my Vehicle.

Thank you for your patience while this report is under review.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, I have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. The following players will be required to provide their side of the story from this situation within the next twenty-four (24) hours:

  • Pakayoko_Bossman @Pakayoko (52) - Please explain why you run-up to a person who was shooting your friend without a weapon? Also, why did you run away when there was a person actively robbing you with a firearm?
Provide any footage you may have

Reported player(s) will be notified in-game.
If the players above fail to respond to this report within the next twenty-four (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.
After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players:

Pakayoko_Bossman  will receive a punishment for Fear Roleplay. In the evidence provided, you are seen breaching Fear Roleplay on two occasions. Firstly, you approached the reporting party with a broken bottle attempting to harm him while he was actively shooting at another party. Secondly, you disregarded the fact that Fear Roleplay would still be valid while the reporting party lowered his weapon to type a /me while you were on your knees. During both of these scenarios you found yourself in very close proximity to a hostile,, armed individual but demonstrated no sense of fear for the wellbeing of your own character's safety, and it is for the reason this punishment will be issued.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.

Regards,
Awazki
