After being caught trying to get into my car, the player did not respond to any rp whatsoever when i approached. He only spoke in ooc when he tried to claim vdm

After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s):

• After reviewing the evidence attached, we found that there was no rule-break in the reported situation. We found that you were the one utilizing the OOC chat a lot more than the reported party did and have overwhelmed them with unnecessary comments in an attempt to pursue and have them admit to opening your vehicle. The reported party simply wanted an explanation to why they were rammed which you could've answered smoothly by explaining to them that you desync rammed them while attempting to block them in your screen. The reported party also stuck to IC and answered all your question while you've tried to pursue it both ways, IC and OOC.
