How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
I chased ID 43 where his friend ID 63 arived to help him, I managed to pit ID63 off a highway and was aiming a gun at him, meanwhile some time after ID 43 drove back and parked his vehicle like 300 meters away from me and ran on foot towards me. Ofcourse at first I wasn't aiming at ID 43 but at the end i did end where he started to zig zagging and engange in a shootout with me, what I don't understand how is that reasonable to run 300 meters in a open road towards a person with a gun, even if you also have a gun, looks like person ignores basic instincts of fear and survival.

and ID 63 was just starting to pm me and he tried to pm me "are you stupid?" but he failed and said it icly. which doesn't change the fact that instead of talking it over after RP situation he decided to react like that.

Hello Drake Davidson here, Monroe_SB did not PM asking for a pov so I do not have one. I have a question what was the reason behind jumping 2 masked man wearing the same color clothing, blocking their vehicles etc.. That was 1v2 and you were not sure if we weren't armed, other question I don't understand how you were ramming both remus and kamacho with your personal vehicle.. After you died you were circling around us and "looking" for us by following, etc. as well. And are you sure you didn't brake the nlr since you got back into your personal vehicle pretty quick after you got killed. It seems to me that the reporting part is a bit salty that he lost a fight considering he was going against the odds of winning.

OOCLY and ICLY  I have zero respect for luxury items, for me it's just a transportation device. I had 250k+ worth of dollars at stake, car is worth less.  For me the business process is much more important than a simple car.

Hello, Ivan_Ivanovichs (ID 43) here. Thank you moderator Spizor for handling this report.

To begin with, I want to say that i did a good job driving through him with a car looking at the situation and parking further away from him, as i parked my car i got my gun out and ran to save my friend's life as he was being in danger because Alex_Petrovich was aiming a gun at him and giving demands. As he saw me running at him he pointed his gun from far away at me (as you see in his POV) so i did zig zagging because i didn't want him to hit any bullets on me (he didn't hit any bullets at all) as i began to shot him, i think i didn't break any rules at this part.

The only one who need's to get punished i think is Alex_Petrovich. You can see in his provided footage he broke several rules:

• Using a vehicle to block one-way entry/exits of e.g., banks and stores. 

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

He used his luxury SUV to block the road and rammed both a Remus and a Kamacho in Baller (3.30min of his POV).

10. Powergaming (PG)

• Powergaming is defined as inserting unrealistic actions into a character's actions that would otherwise not be possible in real life.

He pushed the kamatcho which is heavy of the road with his luxury SUV (4.10min of his POV)

 

13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

• Fear Roleplay is the concept of showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. We aim for balanced gameplay through this rule, and it may not be representative of real life at times. 

You can see at the start of his POV he was following me and  Drake_Davidson alone giving us reason to put his life in danger (for a NPC car that he wanted to chop) or do an ambush on him in the parking lot as he was alone and didn't had any backup comming to help him. His risk vs reward was not worth his life, because he didn't know if we are armed or even how heavily we are armed.

11. New Life Rule (NLR)

• Players can't return to the area of death until the prior RP is finished, and 30 minutes Out-of-Character has passed. 

I saw him going around with his car in like 10min from his death and his body was still on the floor. If admins can look at the logs it would be great.

About my POV: Unfortunately my recording device was OFF and i don't have any footage. And Alex_Petrovich didn't pm me or Drake_Davidson to save the footage.

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following review of all evidence and provided statements, we have made the decision to accept this report and conclude it as follows:

Alex_Petrovich will be receiving a NonRP Punishment for the reported incident.
 

At the start of the video, we can see the reporting player blocking the entrance of a parking garage. Shortly after, ID 43 drove out and was hit/rammed three times by the reporting player, using their Luxurious SUV. The chase continued in which a Kamacho can be seen joining the pursuit to which it was rammed off the bridge by the reporting player. What's wrong with this situation is the unrealistic misuse of a luxurious vehicle. Realistically, you are expected to maintain your vehicle and any expensive belongings to the best of your ability, however, in this situation, this was misused; not to mention the player's experience was damaged. Even if you don't care about your luxurious vehicles, that doesn't mean you can break a server rule. 

Additionally, in regards to the FearRP claims, in this situation, ID 43 can be seen rushing the reporting player with a gun in their hand, and subsequently shooting him after the reporting player has shown hostility towards him. At no point in time, ID 43 was under direct FearRP. Fear-RP is supposed to dictate when you have a means to end the other person's life at will, i.e. a gun to their head, a knife to their neck, or at a short distance where it's reasonable that pulling a trigger or doing an action would end their life; this was not the case. 

Lastly, we would like to remind Drake_Davidson about their OOC behavior. Even if you encounter a possible rulebreak, you are to remain respectful to players at all times, no matter what the situation is. Taking into account what was said, we do not believe a punishment is necessary.
