How did the player break the rule?: I was going to buy a burger, and when i pulled up at this general store i noticed it was beeing robbed. A guy got out
of the store, and started to shoot at me for no reason, and he did not rp anything at all. They chased me down the road, and managed to kill me.

There was no reason at all to kill me. What you are doing is against the server rules..

Just because you are mad at a gang, it does not allow you to kill all of them, especially without any rp.

Hello @Charlie Mangione  and thank you for response , We had a situation before and we had a problem (but now everything is good).

but about this Report. everything is clear in video you can see , my friend @pisknx said stop and get out but Thyrone Johnson started to run away, after that we said again pull over but he started again to run away , i don't know why he sent a report everything is clear in video

After reviewing the evidence and player comments I will conclude this report.

First Video: The player in the white truck was already in motion with their vehicle and by giving him the benefit of the doubt you did not give him enough time to comply with your demand. You said "get out" and fired a shot before you even finished your sentence. Have you gave some amount of time for him to comply, he could have stopped his vehicle but you shot too fast. Even if supposed members of his gang did something to you earlier, you do not have the right to attack other member who were not apart of that situation.

Second Video: The people in the dark sports car gave you multiple demands and you decided to ram them with the white truck so no fault to them for starting to attack you. 

Makar_Burkov | Mask 1787_2562 will receive their second punishment for Deathmatching.

Leo_Walker | Mask 9908_379 & Jack Kelly | Mask 7203_6959 will not receive any punishments.
