" How did the player break the rule?: I was pursuing this suspect for a while, starting at Legion Square, which took us around the city and eventually led to the barbers shop. Inexplicably and without reason Tyrone Dent decided to turn around in a pursuit, go onto the pavement and attempt to run over both Zayn Hunt and Mask 5722_4954, succeeding in the latter. As you will see in the video this appears to be an amusement to him and doesn't show any real quality standard of RP or care for his freedom.
