(300 words maximum)\ Ok so first off, Macca uses a load of /b instead of rping after he is tased(OOC TOXIC). He pulls out a gun expecting not to be tazed because we cant taze someone holding a gun (Which in this case i dont think fits, since all officers had tazers drawn and tazed him as he drew the gun - this is the ruleplaying). He gets tazed several times and does not RP that way (NONRP). He then shows no fear RP when heavy weapons are drawn against him and he takes off running - and jumps off a roof.. I Would like to pre empt the statement that i should not have tazed him - the rules state we cant taze from or against moving vehicles, you can clearly see i taze him in the split second after he begins moving - i do not feel this is incorrect. WilsonatorX Posted May 22, 2022 Report Share Posted May 22, 2022 I was arrested and all I can say is I was extremely frustrated that the officer tazed me out of my LOCKED car and I understand thats not a reason to act in /b I still followed correct roleplay and was caught in the end, I then PMd the officer trying to inform him that it was NonRP to taze me out of a locked car and when asking MrSilky if this was indeed a rulebreak he told me that you should not taze out of a motor vehicle. It was completely my fault for the misuse of /b in this situation and also did not notice when the officer drew his weapon as nobody informed me ICLY of this weapon being taken out. I feel this officer handled the RP situation terribly and as you can see in the video. The first time he tazers me in the car he misses but then as im typing in /b to try to inform him its NonRP to taze me out of a locked car he then tazes me again forces me out of the car. Completely changing the RP scenerio and putting me in a locked positing where I cant move because he tazes me instantly. I feel he abused the power of his tazer to strictly remove me from the car when it would have been RPLY impossible for me to be removed like I was. Sure I could been tazed in the SEAT but it would not have kicked me out in an RP sense. WilsonatorX Posted May 22, 2022 Report Share Posted May 22, 2022 I missed the question for me my bad, I was asking him how are you tazing me because I was instantly confused on why I was being tazed out of my locked car and did not realise that was now possible. And also after typing "Im waiting for admin" I soon realised that you cannot do that and had to continue roleplay as im not a member of staff and cannot pause roleplay, I then did continue and got caught after trying to escape. My actions where wrong and I accept that I have done wrong but I hope you can also see that the officer was in the wrong with tazing me in that situation. After pretending to be injured as the result of a car accident, and then, under gunpoint from several officers, getting up and jumping in the car and driving off. I did not feel it necessary to include this in the report as MrSilky, tped him back and informed him of the rulebreak. After the situation i spent a while looking through the rules to look for info about tazers, the only statement i could find was as below. The example where they are tazed off at the same point they begin accelerating i feel applies in this situation as that is what happened - however if i was wrong i will hold my hands up and apologise. Tazers should not be used on players that are moving in a vehicle (e.g. motorcycle) or from a moving vehicle (e.g. police car). Players that are tazed off an e.g. motorcycle at the same point where they begin accelerating away does not apply to this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
