How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
To begin with Mr Bluewater was brought into DOC for crimes he had committed, with this he was taken to his cell after somehow fighting of 3 DOC Guards with CERT Gear on and 10 Tases, With this he refused to Get changed which we have no issue with because we inform them that they have to change and start time before logging out as this is Combat Logging, we had many staff around at the time and this is actually not his first time hes done this, we tell them to /b to inform us he has changed so there is no excuse there, with this he kept arguing that its not and so on, He proceeded to log out at given time 2am but ended up coming back at 17:30 to roam prison and beat inmates up for no given reason. 

He had been plenty informed by Multiple staff members and still argued its not and such. Also he had never changed because in one of the videos Listed below you see my character ask him and he says no which then i inform him about his combat logging.

After reviewing the report and evidence attached to it, We have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishments. 

• Billy Bluewater [ID 97] | Non RP & Deathmatching | To explain the reasoning behind these punishments we can look into the evidence provided. 
  
  Deathmatching - In the first video clip provided it can be seen that Shadyar Rzgar (ID 12) Said "Why you insulting like a bitch" to which point you decided to walk up and say "What did you just call me a bitch" and stuck the player. This is no where near proper escalation and or reasoning to attack a player. The Deathmatching rules state you need to have valid reasoning to attack another player with proper escalation. Someone calling you a name is not reason enough to attack players.
  
  Non RP - To explain the reasoning behind this punishment. During the course of 1 hour and 30 minutes within your interactions with law enforcement and DOC you were tased a total of 11 times and hit with a nightstick once. Most of these taser shots came in intervals of 2-3 tasers in a span of 3-4 minutes. This shows you were not RPing the effects of the taser properly. Players are expected to RP the effects in a realistic manner. Just because the script freezes players for 10 seconds does not mean that your player would realistically be ok afterwards. 
  
  Now to explain why we are not pursuing Combat logging. During the interactions with Billy Bluewater DOC attempted to get him changed into his jumpsuit in order to start his prison sentence. After checking the logs and evidence provided Billy Bluewater was left unattended to for well over 15 mins with no RP involving him. There are IC actions that could have taken place in order to get Billy Bluewater changed into his jumpsuit as his attempts to resist the guards orders to change. We can not expect players to be left idol without RPing with them for long periods of time.
