How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
The video begins showing ID 11 smash into a comet at reasonable speed and proceed to honk their horn at them, he continued to flee from us before targeting a completely unrelated Journey sending them flying into a pole. He proceeded to attempt a third time to smash into a police brickade (Arguably a stupid idea considering the huge size of it). It was after this attempted he stalled the vehicle so my self and ID 4 both dismount in front of the vehicle, pull out our weapons and aim them at ID 11 while issuing demands for them to put their hands up. This is when ID 11 decides to jump from the bridge down quite a large drop and continue to run on foot. After we finally managed to catch up to him I placed him in cuffs and when I went to search him he decided he would disconnect. Nothing was posted in crash reports.

[Player Notified] - Pas_Cole (11) - Can you please explain the reasoning behind crashing into several vehicles? At around 4 minutes into the video you can be seen jumping off of a high bridge to escape immediate gunpoint, what was your rationale behind this? 

Please answer these following questions to the best of your ability:

• What is Fear Roleplay? Please provide an example of it.
• Explain why in the footage you can be seen disconnecting in an active roleplay scenario. Did you, at any time, attempt to use #crash-reports on the primary ECRP discord to alert anyone that you lost connection?

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue punishment(s) to the following player(s):
 

•  Pas_Cole issued a ban for not here to RP | The reasoning behind this ban on your administrator record is as follows, in all of the footage provided by the officers of the Los Santos Police Department you can be seen purposely ramming a vehicle at the start of the clip without any prior interaction with that person before going on a wild goose chase around Los Santos before heading towards the old ran down hospital at El Burro Heights and stopping in place which comes under ruleplaying by stopping your vehicle and going slow speeds in a pursuit and doesn't come across as realistic. Throughout this pursuit you continued slamming into multiple other vehicles such as the Journey at three minutes into the footage, and then attempted to crash into the LSPD Brickade before your vehicle being stalled and having the LSPD officers aim their weapons at you.
  
  Once you were under gun point by the officers you were placed directly under Fear Roleplay, but decided to jump off the bridge and run across the freeway and head towards the bus station before the officers finding you once again and tazing you repeatedly, in which you failed to roleplay any side affects of these tazers and after being cuffed you decided to logout of the server during an active roleplay scenario without informing anyone that you may of crashed or lost connection
