How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
I was running some labs with a few guys, I was in the Tropos with 168 heading to Paleto MD when we hear from ID 215 about them needing help on the tracks at Northlab. Radio then goes silent, we're thinking they got downed and maybe killed. We show up to the spot and finds 215 down, trying to see how we get him outta there when he lets us know of a guy hiding in the bush. I move towards it, ID 235 comes out shouting HANDS and we start shooting at each other, him downing me and 168 downing and killing him. Nearly two minutes pass by with 168 then moving me down the track, when suddenly someone starts shooting at us and killing me. ID 168 told me it was ID 225 who was the shooter. I messaged them and told them I thought it was DM and would report it, so they should save their POV. About two minutes had passed from us killing 235, the fight was over in my opinion, there was no interaction at all when ID 225 started shooting at us. They told me they ran to get their strap when the fight between 215 and 235 started, came back as we ran on the tracks and shot cause we were the same colour as "the other guys".

Hello, I'm Jason Rider answering to your question so I came back and started shooting them just because a fight broke down there and my friend was there just going through the side and got shot as you will be able to see in my video my tires and car got shot by one of these guys (Can't provide ID) So I proceeded to go to Paleto and get my gun. This was just like that because as you saw my game freezed for about 15s and when it freezes the voice goes a bit later I won't argue I was in discord but sitting there deafened with my other friends.
