Kenzie_Maybach (ID 79) Deathmatching & Powergaming

I was at the bank and I had a conversation with player 79 and he was being annoying and kept calling me broke and what not, so I told him to get in my car and he ran away. I didn't think much of it until me and my friend found him and he ran into my car and fell off and pulled a gun. While escaping my friend crashed and I tried calling police but player 79 pulled a gun without initiating shot me and killed my friend that was injured already. He didn't allow me to Fear RP and he didn't have a correct build up to shoot at me. I attached the URL below of what I got in the POV and you can tell he had followed us and just decided to shoot us without reasoning.

Thank you for the admin handling this report, mad respect for what you are doing.

So here's the side of my story with my proof, I was chilling at the bank and talking to people. These two came, and asked me if I like monkey, I said no then we started a quick trash talking on the bank. These guys tried to ram me, rob me, and kidnap me with knife giving me demands to get inside his car(you can see that in the video) which is their first rulebreaks on NCZ/NRP/Ramming. The situation escalated as they started chasing me, you can see in the video that they started ramming me without dm rights and off roading their sports vehicle. So after the escalations, I decided to shoot them and ending up killing them. The guy started /pming me as you can see on the screenshots I sent, he is ooc toxic and harassing me over /pm, threatening me that I will get perma banned if I don't do what they say and called me not a smart kid.

• From the provided evidence, it is clear that were several interactions from both parties that served as adequate escalation for Kenzie_Maybach (79) to decide to shoot and injure Jake_States (46).

Additionally, the following player(s) will receive the following punishment(s):

• Jake_States (46) - NRP Punishment | OOC Behaviour Punishment.

  • To start with, the NRP Punishment - In the provided evidence, you can be seen using a classic sports vehicle to off road and hit Kenzie_Maybach (79) off of his vehicle. Weither the hit was accidental or not a vehicle of that class would not have the offroad capabilities, we expect every player to condiser realistic vehicle types when driving.

  • The OOC Behaviour Punishment - The evidence provided, along with the logs we have looked over, show that you were sending insults to Kenzie_Maybach (79) via in game PMs. Eclipse thrives to bring a friendly and healthy community for all it's members and insulting other players OOCly is not acceptable.

• Logan_Hallow (90) - NRP Punishment.

  • In the footage provided, you can be seen on a Defiler, driving and jumping up a hill in attempt to catch Kenzie_Maybach (79) and prevent him from getting away. We expect every player to condiser realistic vehicle types when driving.

• We would also recommend that Jake_States (46) and Logan_Hallow (90) read over the kidnapping escalation rules, and look over the No Crime Zone rules

  • In the evidence provided you can be seen escalating to the point of attempted kidnapping of Kenzie_Maybach (79) at the LS Bank No Crime Zone. Please see below - 

 

No Crime Zones (NCZs) are indicated by the HUD (bottom left) or through the /NCZ chat command. These are areas that are considered populated, extremely public, and areas that would have ample security measures such as cameras, staff, and so forth. In these areas, players may not commit any crime, but are allowed to flee, lie, or scam In-Character. 

Players are allowed to kidnap or take other players hostage within the context of reasonable escalation. Your escalation and reason behind the kidnapping should be able to be easily documented and explained if required by server staff. If your intention is to harm another player (e.g., injuring or killing them), then you need to refer to our DM rules.
