La Fuente Blanca

 

La Fuente Blanca, meaning The White Fountain, was formed only a couple years ago by a group of trusted friends who had already made a name for themselves. The group is loyal to each other and is known as ‘The Command’. They are well dressed people and enjoy the wealth and assets they all gathered from personal ventures and can be seen as the wealthiest faction in the whole state with over 200.000.000$ in cash and assets. The most important aspect for La Fuente Blanca is to keep a low profile in everything they do, meaning that they operate from the shadows and will put up the appearance of being a full legal faction, pretending to be a supercar owners group who also like to party and live the lavish life. The base of operations is located outside of Los Santos on the ranch ‘La Fuente Blanca’, this is where it got its name from.

These days they reside at the ranch to discuss business, future plans and decide on how to sell contraband to other people in the city. To keep up the innocent face and mislead the people in Los Santos, they often throw parties with cars, booze and drugs and party like it is 1980’s Vice City. Whenever there are no parties, the group enjoys the luxury life on the ranch by riding their horses, sunbathing next to the pool, inviting the most beautiful women over for private gatherings, shooting weapons and driving offroad vehicles on the property all out of the sight of the public eye. To keep out unwanted people from the property La Fuente Blanca has younger members driving around in SUV’s and patrol with dogs around the area of the ranch. Behind this mostly innocent mask the true nature of LFB lies in importing and transporting large quantities of weapons through the state. Covered up as regular truck drivers and driving in different convoy tactics it makes it very hard to spot the difference between what cargoes and in what quantities they are transported. From there on out the guns get their serial numbers removed and get transformed from semi-automatic to fully automatic. It then gets distributed in large quantities to a number of different buyers around the state. They will do this however possible, even if it means extorting people or make them disappear from the face of the earth.

Since Import has come to a standstill due to the cartels their warehouses and import routes being shut down by federal police, LFB has been looking into making an underground cache to hide their weapons.  They have been trying to establish new contacts south of the border, so import and distribution can continue to their clients. They will be aiming to get a substantial share in the distribution of illegal weaponry in the city. Whoever wants illegal guns, will only think of La Fuente Blanca.

As La Fuente Blanca gathered more illegal weapons and are planning to distribute to others soon, the command decided to increase the security at the ranch. The people hired to do this have been recruited freshly and are not yet trusted with the information been talked about inside.  Right now, sale strategies, prices and customers are being discussed to only sell to the people that they see worthy and will put it to good use instead of roaming around the state and use them for robberies. They can be picky for now since the supply to these kind of weapons is very limited, they might reconsider who they will sell to in the future.

As protection increased around the perimiter, a logical explenation for the increase of people around and on the ranch had to be found. The solution was found in an already existing setup present on the ranch, the horse stables. They decided to buy horses and hire stable boys and train new personnel to be able to take care of the horses aswell. This might all seem a bit over the top but the goal of the Command is to stay out of sight of the public eye and not drawing unwanted attention to the ranch.
Having hired more personnel, the ranch is now being patrolled most of the day by people in off road vehicles with guard dogs at their side to prevent anyone from sneaking in. These patrols are conducted by the newest members and coordinated by more senior members.

After the police raided the Mexican cartel, their hunt for illegal weapons has continued to the smaller players that are based in the state of San Andreas which led La Fuente Blanca to build a storage shelter for their weapons and ammunition which will be very hard to find. By investing in the construction of these caches they hope to prevent that the police will find and raid them which will result in a bigger loss than this initial investment of buidling it. The storage could also be used for later storage of newer equipment or hiding persons of interest if that may ever happen. Ofcourse this location is well guarded by men on the payroll of the organisation.

Preperations are being made for a large sale of modified weapons to a customer located in the state of San Andreas. Boxes full a weapons and ammunition are being made ready for transport from storage shelter to an undisclosed location. It will be one of the biggest sales in their recent history and will give a big financial impulse to the organisation. SUV's will be loaded up with dufflebags and will depart towards the buyer in seperate convoys to attract as little attention as possible. These types of operations are handled by the same group of people who would normally also keep an eye on the secret stashes.

More personnel has been recruited in expectation of numerous meetings with potential buyers, they have also began training on driving luxury vehicles containing high value persons in a convoy. Although these kind of convoys, in todays climate, are unnecessary as there are no day to day threats of any other groups, it does show the preparedness and the level of professionalism of all employees that are hired.

One of the new members taking care of the horses. Some bleets have been send out to recruit people for taking care of the horses. Once they are recruited they will have no idea about the real job they are hired for, in the beginning it will be pretended to be an unpaid intership in which they can get the opportunity to get a permanent paid position. Step by step they will be introduced and pursuaded towards the actual job. If people refuse this, they continue to be hired to actually only take care of them as it will attract less attention.

Some target practice is being done in the midst of the night. The time of day is picked due to stable boys working with the horses during the day. One of the main horse pen serves as a great shooting range as a big pile of waste serves as target so bullets wont be flying around the place. The practice is more used as a recreational activity than actual training, members are rewarded for their service by getting invited for these kind of activities.

Gun sales are booming and the henchmen are working hard to get them delivered to the buyers. The guns are transported in trucks disguised as regular cargo trucks to avoid suspicion. The cargo loading area is heavily guarded by trusted members. Security cameras have been placed all over the area and they are being monitored 24/7. These deals are very profitable for the organization and they help them give out the salaries to the trusted members.

Trailers are only for cinematic purposes, the trucks are player-owned.

Another shipment of Assault rifles have left the cache of La Fuente Blanca and have been transported to their new owner, which will most likely use them for the worst. In La Fuente Blanca's eyes, this is the perfect business strategy as guns have the tendency to create a bigger request for guns the more they get used. Being one of the last big suppliers of heavy weapons, they are experiencing a golden age.

One of the new members who has passed their training has been assigned the task to make new contacts within the city, his job is to find new customers. He has been trained to do this in secrecy as to not drop any names when it's not needed. He is showing potential to become a trusted member soon.

The leader of La Fuente Blanca was contacted by a stranger for a business meeting at a chosen location. The group quickly gathered their most trusted members and split up into two teams. The A team which consisted of the commanding, which would do the talking. And the B team that would be the backup if things went south.


The A team arrived at the meetup point where there was a car waiting for them. Two men were sitting inside and they took them to the spot where the deal would be made. The drive was not very long and the B team followed efficiently with some distance between them and the A team.


The A team arrived at the location while the B team hid somewhere with a good view. They were told to wait for a few moments and after a while, a helicopter landed at the location and more guys got out. 

 
Vince gets called over to the helicopter where he gets info about who they are and future deals. They were part of the Mexican cartel. With them, they had a bag with weapons which Vince received as a sample of what they have to offer. Kevin and Eriksen had to wait with some of the cartel guards until the deal was done. The air was filled with tension and a chilly silence. 


The cartel members were heavily armed with machine guns and SMGs. 

Luckily, the deal went smoothly and the LFB group went back to the ranch to check out the bag and discuss the operation. They all agreed on doing some training to make the next deal go even smoother.

La Fuente Blanca hosted a party earlier this day, the party was meant for opening new interests in business, and it worked perfectly. Later that day, La Fuente Blanca got visitors from another organization, the gentlemen talked the business out and forming a business relationship between the two organizations. The gentlemen had a lengthy discussion about business and established a good friendship between the leadership of both organizations.

The Commanding branch of La Fuente Blanca contacted the Cartel again to get more weapons imported, they also felt it neccessary for the crew to train on driving in convoys and gave further explanation of driving, communication and defensive strategies during transport.

After the training, they formed a different convoy to meet up with the cartel. The reason for picking the 6x6's was because the Cartel can pick any location for a meeting and our Dubstas are best equiped to go on any terrain at any time.
After the Cartel confirmed that the meeting would be on McKenzy Airfield we decided to swap one Dubsta for a Cognescenti. We went ahead and secured the site and waited patiently for the men to show up. We got some people setup to have a good overview of the situation.

Once the Cartel showed up Vince got taken for a ride in the plane, this was done on purpose to jam any radio signals and eavesdropping equipment. Once in the skies above Los Santos they discussed some weapon deals and the delivery of it. Once the deal was set, the Cartel decided to give a little present to celebrate the new business relation between them, it has been placed at the ranch. It's a decommissioned plane that was used by the Cartel for one of their own first transports of weapons to Los Santos.

After multiple new imports around the county, La Fuente Blanca managed to get the shopping lost for ammo and weapons done for Los Zetas. After this big deal we have made multiple smaller deals with them and others around town. This has been done to expand our business to others and get to know the people of Los Santos better. 

After these initial meetings, deals have been made to take a neutral to friendly standpoint towards each other. During these meetings we didnt only chat about how much we love each other but also about the gun business. Currently LFB owns some highly wanted weapons that we could trade with the Irish as they own a large stockpile of unique weapons.

After the meetings with Irish and Zetas, we had some clowns coming over to discuss a potential boxing match. As the last boxing matches hosted by the Irish always caused trouble with the police, they are now looking to host these events at a privatly owned place where they wont be bothered.

After the rise of activity at the farm, the feds started suspecting things. Members would occasionally notice police cars start patrolling around and choppers hovering above the ranch. Some of the members started to keep a low profile and show up less at the ranch. They were forced to do their business at other places. Money got tight for some members and they had to make plans.

After the Cartel, who previously used to supply the city of Los Santos with weapons prior to the creation of La Fuente Blanca, returned and regained their power over the arms trafficking trade, La Fuente Blanca lost their share in the gun trafficking market. Combined with the quick rise of new gangs in Los Santos, La Fuente Blanca’s influence dwindled and they were forced into taking a step back in the criminal hierarchy. Six (6) years have passed since La Fuente Blanca was supplying the gangs with weapons. In these six (6) years the original command structure fell apart and the members decided to go their separate way. Some leaving Los Santos for good and some joining other gangs that were rising to the top.

Vince decided to retreat back on the ranch and dedicate his time by running his gun store and making friendships with the people that were once his customers. Befriending the gangs gave him the opportunity to remain connected within the criminal world whilst portraying himself to the outside world as a civilian who has sworn off criminality. This resulted in him getting befriended with people on both sides of the law, and this presented him with the unique opportunity of being in an advantageous position once he was able to return to his long lasting dream as a criminal kingpin within the City of Los Santos. Vince has always known that remaining under the radar of law enforcement would make running a criminal enterprise a lot easier.

His unique position and history within Los Santos did not go unnoticed and he was recently contacted by the Cartel. Vince was offered the opportunity of creating a new network by resurrecting La Fuente Blanca and in turn becoming the Cartels new distributor and representative in San Andreas. This meant that he would no longer be competing with the Cartel for a market share, but instead work together and become the new extension of the Cartel in San Andreas. This time he would be better connected, better prepared and backed by the Cartel. The only issue he is facing is that his old Command structure is gone and he needs to build up the Command from the ground up again.

For many, this would not pose a big issue. However, Vince has always believed that a key requirement for recruiting is to find like minded people in his approach to criminality, individuals who will do everything to avoid attracting the attention of law enforcement, individuals who are in good standing with the general community of Los Santos and therefore not easily suspected by Law Enforcement Officers to be criminals and individuals who are not enticed to perform street crimes, cooking drugs and blatantly representing their gang through colors. The first goal in achieving this is to set up the new structure within La Fuente Blanca. Vince will appoint two (2) commanders below him, who will act as the Commander of General Operations and the Commander of Communications. The Commander of General Operations will be in charge of duties such as (but not limited to) security, transporting, smuggling, storage and imports. The Commander of Communications will be in charge of duties such as (but not limited to) recruitment, training, gang relations, government relations, sales as well as large scale bribery. These two individuals will take part in forming the organisation while also retreating away from the public eye of the city by residing in the La Fuente Blanca ranch. 

Once La Fuente Blanca has recruited more members into the organisation, they will begin running their first shipments from the Cartel into the City of Los Santos. The initial shipments will be of a small scale, this is done so that the new members are familiarised with the standards of La Fuente Blanca. From there they will build a small stockpile of arms for later use. In the meantime, establishing relations is key; they will start building relations and establishing contacts with the current gangs. Their approach in doing this will have to be very careful, as they are required to be aware of their presence and ensure that their activities remain a secret from law enforcement as well as other people who could potentially leak information which is essential to keeping La Fuente Blanca afloat. Once contact has been established they will make clear that they are not a gang that mixes themselves with the day to day crimes which others bother themselves with but instead are an organisation that is directly backed by the Cartel that will supply others. Once La Fuente Blanca has set up their gun running network they might look into widening their horizon and explore other venues of earning money and offer unique services for the gangs in San Andreas.

In order to keep out of sight from Law Enforcement, Vince will keep pushing to become the first mayor, so as to not raise any suspicion. If he gets in the position to become mayor he would use his political power to exert a corrupt influence on the city. This would be in line with the future goal of La Fuente Blance, which is to establish a statewide supply system which will give them the opportunity of growing into a dominant position in San Andreas, from which they will supply the gangs all around the state. Another key goal will be to recruit entire gangs in the employment of La Fuente Blanca to carry out their work for them. This will help distance LFB from any direct involvement with crimes which in turn will make imports and distributions more effective as law enforcement will pay less attention to them. 

The La Fuente Blanca is highly secretive in its current state, and as such recruitment is closed as of right now as time is needed to properly set the faction up to our specifications.
