Deathmatch (DM) Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. How did the player break the rule(s)? As shown In my POV, just after entering Sea Labs my wifi cuts out and I disconnect from the server, at the time of disconnecting Sea Labs was clear, and there was no one In sight. I try multiple times to relog back In as a lab Is one of the worst places to C0. After several attempts I finally manage to login, I load up my game and spawn In. To no surprise, there was a white warrener parked right next to my bike with 2 occupants. I'm not sure If they saw me C0, or If they just entered the lab and saw a bike left alone. Either way, the driver (ID 51) Steps out his car the second I spawn back In, hinting to me that they were just camping at my bike waiting for me. He did not give me any time to actually process what was going on. By the time I walk away slightly and unlock my bike, as I spawned on top of it, he decides to sprint toward me, copy and paste demands without even having his shotgun fully holstered out In his hands. And begins to spray me down when I try to drive off. I believe this Is COMPLETELY unfair on my behalf, I wasn't even aloud the time to try and tell them I C0'd before they already gave me demands. This has happened to me before where I C0 In a lab with dragons, and other gangs, they were a good sport about It, they waited for me to load back, get in my vehicle as that was my last position, and let me actually have a RP chance. These guys however I feel were completely unfair. I do believe they fully knew I lost connection because of how it seemed like they were waiting for me, plus the driver (ID 51) can be seen In my POV stepping out his car almost a mili second after I load back In to the server. In my opinion this Is just poor RP, they did not give me any chances, they copy and pasted demands at me which I'm sure Is just completely Invalid as demands, without actually having any weapons out, the escalation and RP In this Is just beyond poor. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story: @mikeyOO - Mikey_Oo (ID 51) - From the footage, it is clear that the player loaded in infront of you and yet, you have decided to take advantage of that and send your what to be called "demands", taking advantage of their disconnection, to just start shooting straight after. Why have you decided to take advantage of that and put them in such situation. Notified In-Game - Micheal_Carleone (ID 10) - As mentioned before; you decided to follow into your friend's footsteps and opening fire on the reporting party with no consideration of them just logging back in. Explain to why you've decided to do so and whether you attempted to clear that part with them or not. mikeyOO Posted May 19, 2022 Report Share Posted May 19, 2022 (edited) hello mikey (id 51) here, thanks for Skiperz to handling this report, first of all we were checking labs a few times and we found this bike in sea labs, then i was think about 2 things, the first one was someone in there before and when he saw us he disconnected and the second one was someone crashed in this place, i was quickly check the crash reports in discord i didn't see anyone report the crash in there and when i came back to the rage multiplayer, i saw this guy while he unlocked the bike, and i was step out the vehicle and gave him demands, that's what i did but i want to mention a few things first one's that he saying (I try multiple times to relog back In as a lab Is one of the worst places to C0) if he knows that why he relogging in there cause if i let him go that means pause RP, and about demands he said that i pasted the demands before i pulling out my gun what i know you can't chatting and aiming together so i pulled out my gun then i pasted my demands i don't see any issues of that he ran away and i shot him. and unfortunately my footage's program just recorded that when i came back to the game. https://youtu.be/KfVAD9r7nwo Edited May 19, 2022 by mikeyOO Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Skiperz Posted May 21, 2022 Report Share Posted May 21, 2022 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue these punishments to the following player(s): Mikey_Oo (ID 51) - DM & NRP | It is clear in ALL the provided footage, from your side and the reporting party, that they showed up in your screen from the nowhere on their bike which is clear that there was a disconnection situation. As much as I understand it was not reported immediately but that's going to be in the benefit of the doubt of the merely 2 minutes disconnection. Moreover, your demands also are rendered invalid for the fact you had absolutely no threat to their life at the time of issue but yet, you have decided to follow up on it and even shoot the reporting party. Demands in all situations must be through escalation and must have a meaningful threat to their life, not to a player who had literally reconnected infront of you and with absolutely 0 threat to life. I need you to understand that this is a game and you need to have a tolerance level as people are here to have fun; simple mistakes are expected to the limited extent of not affecting player experience; in your case, you've taken advantage of a disconnection which realistically would not have let that happen as such thing doesn't exist IRL Micheal_Carleone (ID 10) - DM Warning | This is a warning for you to ensure that you have DM rights on any person you attack, it is best advised not to follow others footsteps as this could lead to a breach of rules.
