How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
I was being chased by SD and PD throughout the city for a few minuets, while flying down a 2 lane road at 180 I notice a cop pulling into the left lane to either restrict my path and make me slow down or position his vehicle ready to get onto the pursuit. I decide to take the right lane to go past him so I don't hit him when he decides to drive his vehicle right in front of mine and forces me to collide into the side of his cruiser at very high speed in the middle of the city, seeming to not value his or my life at all.

I reached out to him but he seems to think he was perfectly fine in doing what he did, although I didn't lose much of value apart from fines and 75 mins of my life. We have very different stances on what he did, and people I reached out to also appear to have the belief that he shouldn't have done that. I made a report in game but it wasn't able to be picked up, that, on top of him having an opposite stance on the matter we came to the conclusion that a report on the forums was where we should take it.

(ID 51) Jack_Bezrukov - [Player Notified] - What was your reasoning behind parking in the middle of the street and then driving straight forwards into the next lane with a vehicle approaching at high speeds already in a pursuit with units behind them? Please also provide your side of events for what took place during the footage from one minute to one minute and eleven seconds.

What was your reasoning for aliasing ID 51 as "no care for life idiot"?:

He seemed to have a death wish, I didn't know his name nor badge number and the police cruiser I was placed into was about to leave and that was the first thing that came to mind that would remind me of this specific instance. If I'm not allowed to remember people as such I will prevent from doing so in the future, but how would I remember a face from a specific instance without having their name otherwise? I have /alias'ed people with worse names in the past.

To answer your question, I was pm'ing the reported player and seeking council from people in my faction to make sure I wasn't the only person that felt I was wronged, after having a conversation with the player, dealing with RP while being arrested, making sure I wasn't stalling anyone's RP, talking with my faction oocly about it (had to render the video to show them to get other opinions) me and the reported party were on other sides of the fence on the matter, That's when I made the in-game report.

I'd like to clarify by first pointing out my desired intentions when executing such a move. I intended on creating an obstruction in the road which would cause the driver of the evading vehicle to be forced to slow or change direction, however, the distance was obviously slightly miscalculated which resulted in the driver not reacting to the cruiser adjusting its course. It was never my intention to make direct vehicle on vehicle contact, however, when executing such a move I did ensure that all proper safety measures were being met. In the event the vehicle were to strike my cruiser, the vehicle would slam against the front right of the cruiser which houses the engine block and no human life. In this instance, this is exactly what happened. The oncoming vehicle clipped the front end of my ram bar and hood as I slightly pulled forward too far. The accident also did not come across as being even nearly as severe as the reporting party described, as there were no RPed injuries at all. Nonetheless any impact between vehicles at all was not the intended result from my end, and the reason it did happen was error in execution on my part. I will be adjusting my tactics and tolerance for risk when involved in pursuits going forward as a result of this situation regardless of what happens OOC from this situation.

•  Jack_Bezrukov issued a NonRP Punishment - Fear Roleplay | The reasoning behind this punishment on your administrator record is as follows, in the footage provided by the reporting party you can be seen blocking off a lane at 1:04 within the evidence which resulted in yourself creating an obstruction in the path for the criminal fleeing alongside the two cruisers that were directly behind him in pursuit, but then two seconds later with the vehicle approaching you, you then decided to drive forwards which caused the suspect to hit the side of your vehicle head on travelling at speeds of 170km/h.
  
  In this scenario you did not show any fear or concern for your overall characters life hence the punishment issued today, I'd like to recommend that you review your factions discord and see the announcement posted on the 05/05/2022 regarding pursuits and ensuring that the in character protocols are followed.
