As seen in the video,ID 9 initially Ignores the fact that he has 3 guns drawn on him, is tased multiple times, tries to drive his motorcycle under Taser point. once he realizes he's got no more options he disconnects. No crash reports were posted in relation to this,

Please explain how this scenario panned out and to explain your point of view in regards to the reported situation, including conducting the following roleplay scenario.

• Please explain as to why you chose to runaway and not comply to the first set of demands, where you have ran the alleyway and have been met with a pointed weapon.  
   
• Please explain your reason as to why you chose to ignore the effects of the taser hits on your character.
   
• Please explain your reason as to why you have unlocked your bike, and attempted to ride it whilst in the close proximity of the PD Officer during their attempts of their roleplay with you.
   
• Please explain your reason as to why you disconnected during an active roleplay, where you have disconnected and then reconnected on another character Blade_Wells, further referencing your disconnected character Sensei_Wells that was part of an active situation and vice versa, and only returning after a certain amount of time, having failed to inform other players of your return and possible return when you have crashed even after being adviced to do so?

I completely forgot of the Fear RP due to playing NoPixel, was just me simply forgetting which was my fault

  Just thought I'd be a to resist arrest that's all which again is my fault for forgetting haven't been on the server in a month

  I thought it was unlocked before and must of just been the the fact I forgot that if it's locked and not started I can't drive away. So again my fault just forgot some of the rules for this server alone. Which I went back to refresh on the rules as well.

I didn't disconnect my laptop crashed and kept crashing as I kept trying to start eclipse back up so I tried my other account and then proceeded to wait until it let me log back in. It's happened before and I talked to the admin about it and got a very high verbal warning. It won't happen again. I've been on this server before and have had no issues with it before so it will not happen again. If it does i'll be sure to make a report on discord for it.

Non-Roleplay | Poor Roleplay and Fear Roleplay
Running away from LEOs with lethal and non-lethal aimed at them. Failing to roleplay the effects of several tasers hits.
Metagaming (Warning) | Mixing (Characters) - Referencing their characters to other players with intent to be recognised and vice versa.
Combat Logging | Handled by another administrative staff.

• After reviewing the evidence and further evidence submitted for review it is evident that you have breached server rules. Where every attempt that the officer had with you was met with you; interacting with your bike after being tased, running away after being tased and basically taking every opportunity of being tased to run away, which poor and unrealistic roleplay. Not only that, but at the beginning and before disconnecting, you have also failed to comply to the demands whilst you had weapons pointed (lethal and non-lethal) at you and being surrounded.
   
• You were were told by your faction leaders to post a crash-report but failed to do so, replying to them that you will do but in the end never did. And so when you returned, you completely disregarded the fact that you were part of an active scenario with other players, not only have you failed to inform them, you have also failed to attempt to contact them of your return in attempts to resume to roleplay that you were disconnected in. Should you find yourself disconnecting or crashing in the future, you must inform parties that are part of your previous scene of your situation and return.
   
• In addition to this we found you referencing Blade and Sensei to players involved in this particular scene, excusing yourself that you crashed but logged in another character stated to proceeded to wait till you could login, but interacted with players talking about "Sensei on Blade and talking about Blade on Sensei" which doesn't quite fit well and should in general avoid speaking of your characters unless thay are inserted into roleplay. And in this situation, you allegely crashed, logged in on another character, but not a single peep or message did you tell others that you will be returning on the character you are suppose to be.
   
• Whilst we understand that you have recently returned, we advice that you re-read and understand the Eclipse Roleplay Server Rules which can be found here.
   
• Verify yourself on the Official Eclipse Roleplay Discord, and make sure that should you find yourself crashing or disconnecting, to utilise in using the #crash-report channel provided.

This decision is final unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period.
