How did the player break the rule?:
I just logged into city, was early into morning, so decided to make some drugs alone. Once I came into a lab and finished drugs, a guy came there and 
just killed me without any reason, just to take my stuff.

Alright, so I am the guy being reported. I failed to show my video here since I thought my NVIDIA Instant Replay was on. 

So, in my perspective; I was snucking up on him. Then, I aimed my gun at him, was about to type in /s Hands up! He started running towards me. So, from my perspective you were running away on gun point. (since your character was facing on me/on the door.) I do not use VOIP, since I have no working mic yet. So, basically I was on gun point when your camera is not actually looking at the door, but your character does so I assumed RP'ly you saw me already and I was on gun point towards you and you started running off.

You gave me no demands, not even time to react to the fact you have a pistol aiming at you, I saw you and you killed me , that's it, you did not RP the situation at all. There is a reason why this is VOICE server, and since you did not talk, you had NO REASON to kill me. End of story, wait for admin to respond now.

There's no need for demands as I was aiming my gun at you and we're just 1-2 ft. apart, your character is facing to me, assuming you saw me already and still you ran off, when I was about to /s Hands up.

As the rule says when you should RP fear:
Server Rule 7.1.2: Examples of where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are on foot and a weapon is aimed at you at close range;
• When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range;
• When the attacker lowers their weapon to write a roleplay response, your life remains in direct danger;


I can shoot you because in the server rule number 7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:
• If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or
allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone;
• If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime,
such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient;
• If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players.

Aiming a gun in close range while your character is facing me doesn't need any more demands or shouts. Knowing or assuming in my perspective that you were looking at me directly, I would assume that you saw me and you have to put your hands up, and ask: "WHAT WHAT IS THIS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" But you didn't, instead you just ran off. So I assume you were trying to go to your car which is like 4 ft away from us outside the shack.

And, please. Next time, stop making your own rules. You keep on PM'ing me that I can only reply here once, and bla bla. 
 

Simple forum rules for this section are below:

• Ensure you have read the rules and still believe the player has broken a specific rule before posting.
• Attempt to inform the reported player(s) of the report through tagging or screenshots of telling them via PM they have been reported.
• Failure to use the proper format will result in an immediate closing of the report without investigation.
• Players who are NOT INVOLVED in the report are not allowed to respond unless sharing necessary or pertinent concrete evidence ("I can confirm." or "That's what happened." is not acceptable). If you comment on a report you're not involved in you may be warned by a forum moderator.

If you are talking about the highlighted rule; you definitely do not understand what double posting means or thread bumping. I can reply here as much as I like, since I am directly involve here, and I can reply whenever you reply. I am just not allowed to double post. If you even know what that means.

I am confident that I didn't break any rule. There maybe a misunderstanding since your camera wasn't looking where your character is looking, and you just ran off. But you didn't prove anything here that I deathmatched you. The rules clearly states what I did, and I didn't broke any of them. And regarding the VOIP issue. The VOIP here is optional, I am not required to have a mic just to enjoy the server. And yes, I do not have a working mic, and even if I had one, I wouldn't be using it from time to time. As I am better in writing.

And, again stop making your own rules to intimidate the person you are reporting. You kept on PM'ing me that I will get banned, bla bla. It's not up to you to decide whatever the punishment is. It's you who clearly doesn't read the rules, or understand them. I've told you; I've been in this field since 2013. Anyways, i'll leave this to the admin. I've said and elaborated my part. I have no other reason to reply to you. I would only reply to the admin who will handle this case. Good luck, brother. Cheers.

Why are you copy pasting all this, I have read it all many times and know it all better than you, and I'm telling you the last time, why this was considered DM:
1. You gave NO demands, so you killed me without any valid reason, as I didn't even have a chance to comply;

2. I didn't even see you before getting shot down, you should give the victim time to react, which you didn't;

3. I was not running from you, I was leaving the lab as I finished making the drugs. And the second I saw you I stopped, but you open fire instantly.

Have you really read it? Then where’s the rule where I can only post once?

1. As I said again and again, I was aiming 1-2ft away from you while your character was facing at me. Assuming you saw me already. 

2. Do you think I would assume that you didn’t see me or not looking at me even your character is facing at me as you were picking you bag up and then you ran off towards me (or to the door) since I was there, I assumed you were running towards your vehicles since it’s behind me like 2-3ft.

3. I didn’t even know you were exiting. All I know is from my perspective you tried to run off.  Of course I would open fire, since I thought you were running off from me.

as I said, it’s not my fault your camera is not looking at me. I won’t even assume that you are not looking at me. I WOULD ASSUME is that you’re looking at me since your character is facing at me, and then you ran off.

Anyways, I know this will keep on going and going. I’ll leave it to the admins. I’ve said my side, elaborated it aswell. I have no more point to you.

Hello and thank you for making this report.

After discussion with a few members of the staff team, we have come to the conclusion that the reported party is guilty of Deathmatching for the following reasons:

• Not allowing enough time for the reporting party to comply.
• Not supplying any sort of demands, assuming the player will just know to stop.

Francesco_Escobar (Mask 7711_6811) will receive a forty-eight (48) hour ban for their first offense of normal Deathmatching.
