An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. How did the player break the rule?: I answer a 911 call about hearing gunshots. I arrive on scene to find Stranger 4322_4213. I get out of my cruiser to assess the situation. I asked if he was injured and he pulls out a pistol and shoots me in the face.
