How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
Well he straight up KOs after first ever interaction over radio, which I never threatened his life or anything, he had no reason to just pull up to the job HQ and just KOS me, he wasnt associated with the beating of the worker either.... i also wish he wasnt toxic in ooc aswell... (this is all I have from the interaction from me and him)  alexalex303 told me to post this here, since it couldn't be handled in-game

Alright, Tyrone Croce here. First of all as you can clearly see from the evidence posted here, he's toxic as hell. In character and Out of Character, overall a very poor portrayal of a character, I might add. I'll keep this short, he kept trying to arouse fights over the radio, talking nonsense similar to what's being wrote over in his /pms. My character told him he'd come over to visit him if he wouldn't shut his mouth. He didn't, he kept irritating & teasing my character. And he eventually did. And if that wasn't enough, this situation escalated when he started punching my friend. Naturally, I had to defend him.

Not at all, ID 114 was running his mouth and he got what he deserved. My character told ID 114 multiple times that he'd find him and make him shut up if he won't stop running his mouth. We all know how it ended. And besides, if the plan was to get 'DM rights' as you said, wouldn't I have started shooting the minute he touched my friend? I was waiting for them to finish and throw some /me's but obviously neither of them did. I only stepped out the minute my friend was declared as injured.

Let me ask you something. How would you rate ID 114's character portrayal now that you've seen those clips? You can't /not/ get hurt when you run your mouth like that, no matter what. You're 100% gonna piss someone off. Now, you're asking us - is this a realistic scenario? I'm standing by my decision 100% percent. He ran his mouth, he got dropped. Simple as that. If you ask me, everything was roleplayed accordingly. And again, I don't wanna go around in circles, but as I said, we warned him multiple times before acting.

I don't know why you even give him a stage,
and second of all, this guy kept bugging everyone, i've had a past with him already, even in his evidence do you think this scenario is realistic from his side?
ID 45 coming out of nowhere starting to punch me and he's the one started all the fist fight, i was only telling him to shut up and punched the vehicle when he didn't,
i don't really know what else you need to know here.

You're wrong, I was chilling at my work place, minding my own business, and this guy kept honking, i told him to cut it which he didn't listen to, and thats how it escalated.

• Tyrone_Croce issued a DM punishment | The reasoning behind this punishment on your administrator record is as follows, in the footage provided by the reporting party your friend can be seen starting a violent confrontation with the reporter, whom strikes back and then runs away. Your friend is then attacked by a completely different player and injured, and the person that you shot actually comes to the aid of your friend, stating: "Let him.. let his dumbass be", you then got out of the car and shot him down, with no interaction on your part. Prior to finishing him off you pasted a pre-written line in chat. I do not believe that you had sufficient reason nor did you adequately interact with the reporter prior to shooting him down.
