Specific rule(s) broken:

Disconnecting/Crashing from Active Roleplay Scenarios - Combat Logging

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\

Responded to a pursuit of a dark-colored vehicle. The suspect drove into an apartment garage and parked his vehicle (in active pursuit) and stood still. As he was parking the car units were already inside the garage telling him to get his hands up. We tried to talk with him but he couldn't use his VOIP so we used /b to help him fix it (as seen in the footage), but it didn't work for him. As seen in the footage Officer Ace tried to tell him what was going on but the suspect just said that it wasn't him and that he had to go out.
