ID 28 had metagamed and somehow had seen my body through a bush and also try push my body to make it more visible. Then once i got on my knees my scroll wheel was fucked so i kept accidentally pulling out my gun to then they had deathmatched me while i was following demands.

Hello there Chunder,Jayyy and Ash and thank you for reviewing my report.

Now that i think about it, no. However i was pretty angered yesterday as first some guy was fear rping hard during a rv raid and it just ruined my day, then these guys metagame and it just made me snap because of what had happened earlier in the day then this happens too, and now i lost my .50 because of it.

Peter Sheen here. Once i entered the t gate and heard him asking for a hands up i asked for a backup over the radio asking franklin to come and once i heard him coming, i got out and saw franklin rushing him, once i followed franklin, i could easily recognize his blue gloves popping out of the bush, wich you can easily see that on his video at 1:36. Regarding the Deathmatching as he assumed that it was a missclick, that is an OOC issue, how could i know that you missclicked?  i saw you taking your gun out so that i started shooting. (I couldnt save my pov as my recording program wasn't running)

After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s):

• From the submitted evidence, there's just not enough information to know whether they could see you already or not. At 1:36 it does show that your gloves were visible (Click here) but we just simply cannot say whether this was the case or not prior to potential knocking of your character. In your footage you did not actually get a full view of whether you were hidden or not and only did it from a few angles. 

• As for the Deathmatching accusation, whether it was a mis click or not, from their side, they saw you take out your gun and acted appropriately at the perceived threat.
