The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in between those time frames. This means, that all information the victim had learned had turned into OOC information. 6.5.3 The deceased character must avoid interaction with their killer (or killers) for 30 minutes and must not return to the area of their death, unless the killer (or killers) have left the area. 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch 7.3.2 A vehicle cannot be used to repeatedly force a player into a ragdoll state, for example, it cannot be used to knock the player down on the ground multiple times or to park a vehicle on top of them. How did the player break the rule?: We tried to rob him, he decided to run we stalled his car engine and he got instantly killed. 5-6 minutes later he comes back, takes his car runs over my friend 2-3 times. The thing was, you couldn't get back to the same place, and VDM my friend 3 times. We weren't interested in your car, we wasn't picklocking it.
