i was hunting animals when id 30 and id 23 decided to roll up on me and start a robbery i state in /b that this against the rules as far as my understanding cause robberies doesn't apply to job locations as they included in public places where witnesses might be there, which also happen that a player saw everything going on, anyway they took all my meat and ask me to drop all my clothes which make no roleplay sense,  they frisk me take everything i have then they left.

I didnt stall rp i forget the command to put hands up i tried cntr+0 then /anim hands then i press cntr+1 and i found it,  the rp was going smooth i just did the /b  once while roleplaying at the same time, and it wont happen again.

the demands was put your hand up i did, then move back then drop your clothes and drop your knife i did that at the same time while they asked me to

Hello, Grim Gotti (30 ID) here. 

Before answering these questions, i apologize that i took so long to answer.

• I told him to take of his clothes because i was robbing him to make money, wich is the only reason i would tell him to take of his clothes because it can be very profitable. It was an secluded area in the mountains all though at that moment one Hunter saw us. In my opinion i dont see anything wrong with me stripping him down, it all can be in character issues as he is an rival gang member and such.

• I never knew that in EN it is forbidden to use a rebla as an off-road vehicle. As in LT you can use this vehicle for all terrains and such. Another note that it was not on top off the mountain, i was trying to drive "realistically" by the mountains. Plus i had installed off-road tyres to the vehicle just to be sure.

I do not think that striping the players clothes was a good/fair thing to do since he listened to our demands and did everything he was told to do. I did not say or realise that his clothes were taken off. At the time i didint realise what we were doing wrong only after a while i figured what we did was wrong. I was tired at the time and i wasnt thinking right. I do not have POV of this situtation but what we did was indeed wrong.  *public places where witnesses might be there*. 

as for that i think that the mountains are a very secluded and safe place for robberies. Thats why we robbed him.

The reported party is being issued this punishment for the following reason(s):

Regarding the driving, the reported player has over 100,000 XP on our server and 5 months of overall time on the server, there should be no misunderstanding between our rules and the LTU server's rules at that point. As for the player theft, we've never considered "I can sell it" as a valid reason to rob someone for low-value items, especially something as low-value as clothing which pawns for $500 at best on average. If it were something that made sense in RP like his watch, his chain, or his expensive shoes, then we'd be fully understanding, but it wasn't.
