The player performed sexual acts of roleplay on friend without his consent. I find this horribly offensive as my friend has some what real experiences with this touchy topic. I am reporting the case for him as he is not comfortable doing it.

Ayyoo Cody speakin,

When I asked the question of ‘OOC CONSENT?’ i got replies of everyone apart from the injured man which to be honest i thought i had got but besides that he was stalling RP because the exact second i sent in the ‘/me slides it between his cheeks’ he said he doesn’t  consent because he didn’t say a single thing when I asked which also made me think he was ignoring it or something. Also to be honest I wasn’t in the right mind due to me having a bit too much to drink just half an hour previous I can promise this alcohol issue wont happen again. Additional note I think the fact he has had Real Experience with this kind of situation has no relation to IC actions and I also think its a bit petty to bring that up. The reporting party also did not give any signal to save pov as the situation beforehand was him trying to DM me without proper escalation or fear rp. Also thank you staff for taking your time to review this report.

Can I just add here that you didn't get all consent. What about player 134 in the screenshot? And you know yourself there were many many more in the burgershot. Ic or Ooc it is a disgustimg act to roleplay out and to call someone petty for experiencing that is more disgusting. I am not here to argue but I really hope that you think about your actions and how they can harm people. Thank you

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following review of all evidence and provided statements, we have made the decision to accept this report and conclude it as follows: 

Cody_Johson will be receiving a GrossRP Punishment for the reported incident.

In the evidence provided it can be seen of Cody_Johson asking for OOC Consent for Gross/Erotic Roleplay to which was approved by ID 76, & ID 88, still leaving ID 140, ID 134, and potential unknown ID's still unresponsive to your questioning. Cody then proceeds to say "I'm doing it" and continues to conduct gross rp towards Rok_Teslenko. The actions conducted here were not valid and should have not been acted on as you failed to receive full consent from all other individuals around you. As per rules, any sexual, torture, or disgusting roleplay is allowed only if all witnesses give prior OOC consent. 

The player not giving you a response to your questioning of OOC Consent does not mean that it is automatically approved because of no response being there. Alongside with your statement regarding "Additional note I think the fact he has had Real Experience with this kind of situation has no relation to IC actions and I also think its a bit petty to bring that up", is completely false of being petty to note, as that is why we have this rule in place. Certain Erotic/Gross situations will always be a touchy subject and you never know what someone has experienced in their lifetime, leaving the potentiality of a situation being highly triggering or upsetting to those who have gone through such experience.

In future situation(s) must they be similar to ones like this, you should ensure that you obtain consent from all witnesses involved with the active roleplay that you're planning to do, prior from doing it. Alongside that must you feel that you are intoxicated to a point where you do not understand what you are doing, you should log off and return back when you're in the right state of mind to react appropriately, as being drunk is not an excuse to warrant a rule-breach.  

This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period.
