7.1 Fear roleplay
7.1.1 Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s life in situations where your safety is in immediate
danger when the attacker is in a position to quickly end your life at will. This can come in a form of having a weapon
aimed at your character’s head at close range, where reaching for your own weapon would result in you being killed
instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death.
7.1.2 Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:
• When you are on foot and a weapon is aimed at you at close range;
• When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range;
• When the attacker lowers their weapon to write a roleplay response, your life remains in direct danger;

How did the player break the rule?: So the plan is: us going out of the lsc to make our mind about kidnapping an officer,
meanwhile marco made things so much easier, by just pulling behind us. At the time where he was about to move, you can see my green Talking
title on the bottom of the screen, telling to step out of the vehicle, but he drove away. After his engine got stalled, he was trying to climb 
out of his vehicle, while being shout at: "hands up". He decided it would be an easy maneuver to fight against 6 guys, while being at the gunpoint. 

P.S. Is it normal to ram my car like that with the cruiser?

Hello,

i found it quite bizarre how they decided to take out weapons and try to get me out my vehicle in the first place. I drove off to try to escape because I am allowed to. They fired at me so I got out and fired back after I had called backup. They were already shooting to kill me which is why I got out and started to shoot immediately. I will not be making any further posts unless asked to by a higher member of staff.

As for me hitting your Jester with my cruiser, you had the intention of escaping so I tried to neutralize your getaway, I didn't expect your car to spaz out of control like that... my intention was to pin you against the wall

Hello and thank you for reporting! @Tjml_ what would be your reason for kidnapping a police officer as the rules state that you need a valid reason, similar to a reason for KoS.

Yesterday, not even 24 hours ago, Marco was one of the many, who lead/went on a car chase for ~10minutes, in the end, unfortunately, catching me. 

I was very wanted from what i understand since it was not the first time i was being chased or swatted. I paid 50k in fines as well as serving my time.

Since Marco is pretty high up, I wanted to get my money back + get more for his life.

Edit: I do not understand why I had to explain myself kidnapping him, since we never got him kidnapped..?

Had the player been arrested by you within the 24 hours since this scenario as he stated?

I was one of many officers involved in a pursuit which led to him being caught, however I barely interacted with him once he was caught and I was not the one to arrest him. I did not do anything during the pursuit that warranted KOS neither did any officer involved, therefore he had no valid reason to go after any officer and kidnap them because of that situation.

I did have a reason, plenty of them. I had cops on my back 24/7, i could not even leave my phone on, many of them have pointed guns at my head, throwing insults left and right, I lost a lot of money by getting arrested. I wanted you for a lot of things IC'ly AND only if you followed the rp, you would have seen what happened after.

The decision has been made after review to VOID this roleplay entirely. It could be debated that both sides made mistakes. 

A) The reporting party should not be roaming looking for "a cop" to kidnap. They would need a specific target that falls within the KoS rules in order to kidnap.
B) Having been arrested by an officer in the past does not give you KoS rights on them, nor kidnapping rights.
C) Reporting party is arguably death matching "cops on your back 24/7" is not a reason to kill Marco Davis, losing money is not a result of Marco Davis but your character committing a crime and getting caught. Neither of these give you KoS rights or kidnapping rights and very minimal roleplay was had just blocking the street and aiming weapons at the police as they're driving around you.

D) Marco Davis in the spur of the moment did not take the time to evaluate if fear RP should be in effect or not, and instead began firing after withdrawing a weapon while facing away. Marco begins shooting within a second or two of the first voice in the video's audio, therefore it is not certain that demands were stated at a proper proximity or not either.

Due to all the issues in the RP and the time frame that has passed, situation will be completely VOIDED and should not be role played as a scenario in that occurred in the future.
