Mask 3118 4430 - VDM + Non RP Behaviour

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported:
Date of rule breach: 27/09/2018
Time of rule breach: Just now

Your characters name: Kevin Rose
Other players involved: none

Specific rule broken:
VDM + Non RP Behaviour

How did the player break the rule?: I believe this guy is not here to RP, but just to loot people. So he VDM'd my car on purpose by driving on the opposite lane (Clearly not "standard" car
accident - He just got out of his vehicle like a god after a 200kmh car accident and looted me) + if he says it was "Car accident" he did not RP anything, so not really a car accident, that was VDM on purpose because he drove on the opposite lane
then after he killed me and looted me quickly and ran with 0 RP involved.
He just tried to block my lane when he saw me coming fast, killed me, and run away with the excuse of "Car accident" but it was not for the reasons I explained above.
So it is indeed both VDM and Non RP Behaviour.

*Note: Ignore the music, I just listened to it at this moment and shadowplay recorded it as well.

First of all it was accident really because i was going to sell my fish with my friend.. And i don't know you, so whats the point to kill you for me? You was speeding and it was your fault too, so mate don't cry FOR NO REASONAnd i didn't die like you because i was not speeding like you and another point I was alive so i roleplayed when i'm checking your pockets, then I saw your meth and lsd and I called for a police.

That you called the police has nothing to do with the VDM and NON RP BEHAVIOUR.

How can you get out of your vehicle after someone crashed 200kmh into your car ? Can you imagine what is going to happen if it would happen IRL ? I believe you wouldn't survive such car accident.

Saying "Car accident" in /b does not allow you to get out of your car like a god just to loot me, you had to RP your injuries if it was "Car accident" - But you ignored everything and just looted me, so we can see it was intentional VDM with your car, you drove on the opposite lane to block me and kill me on purpose without any valid reason.

I was in the car with him, I can confirm it wasn't planned or anythings like you say, it was random crash, we didn't see you, as you were going insane speed. And we didn't even got hurt there, why would he need to RP his injuries?

You have to RP because this is RP server, not DM server. I already explained why you had to RP and why it was clearly VDM + Non RP Behaviour. I am not going to argue with you anymore.

@uriel250, thank you for making this report and your patience.

After reviewing the evidence I found no rule breaks. I do not believe the other car crashed into you on purpose. You were going extremely fast with your car and there wasn't any time to react when you both saw each other's head lights. Looting a body is not against the rules as using i to search and take items is a part of the script. Them not roleplaying being injured in the crash might be poor roleplay in general, I can not punish for it.
