How did the player break the rule?: We were in a gun fight with them we shot them multiple times and he just rammed us with his stolen vehicle

That is not VDM, you killed my friend and my life was in danger as well, I can use it to knock you down. Please read the full VDM rule.

It's not my opinion, it's the rule. I don't understand how do you even dare to make a report, when you clearly haven't even read the full rules yet, you probably just scrolled trough them ... Here, I will do you a favor:

7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other
player on the ground.

Hello @TheMksX2 and thank you making a report.

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion. By shooting the reported player his friend, you gave the reported player a valid reason to KoS you. Using a vehicle to run someone over is allowed but only once, by your footage I can only see this happening once.
For this reason, the reported player will not recieve a punishment.
