Please also answer the following questions i was hoping that i could get a refund for this situation because further in that scenario with him feeling the scene, he calls for backup and they manage the eliminate us but now that i'm taking a closer look into this report, i don't think this would lead me to a successful refund request and i do not want to put petty reports up against other players, i simply see no point in reporting people unless i could get a refund on what i have lost. I just wanted to note that the uploaded pov belongs to me, as i leave my microphone open to capture everything while i'm playing GTA RP, it seems like that it recorded something not related to the situation. i was talking to my self and what i said there was : i must've stayed in the car, that was dumb and if you are wondering that if i meant to say that in game voip, i simply didn't realise that i was holding N in game. What language(s) are being used throughout the video? Persian Did you have any prior interaction with Carlos_Black? As it's visible in the radio we've had one interaction at sea labs which continues with us fighting them at Braddocks, we were about to collect some plants in order to start cooking and this was at the exact time when we were disturbed. aleks Posted May 8, 2022 Report Share Posted May 8, 2022 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue punishment(s) to the following player(s): ID 55 - Carlos_Black - Non-RP Punishment (Fear Roleplay) | The reasoning behind this punishment is as follows, in the footage provided by the reporting party you ran into Jonas_Fog and Roberto_Muchacho whilst riding your BF400 in which demands were given to you multiple times and you decided to reverse backwards before driving off into the distance. This is a breach of the Fear Roleplay rules in which I have included below. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life. If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. ID 1 - Roberto_Muchacho (Now Ajay_Fog) - Verbal Warning for speaking another language in character | Today we are giving you a verbal warning regarding speaking another language via the in character VoIP system in which our rules directly mention that all players must be able to communicate in English and IC Chat must be English only. If you wish to speak a foreign language in character it must be done by using chat and doing "[Language] English text" As a side note I'd like to point out that in the future I suggest that all parties remember that giving demands do not equal deathmatching rights; just because you gave demands to someone, it doesn't equal the right to begin shooting at someone to kill them.
