Mask 8189_1383, Mask 281_6675 (7.3 Vehicle deathmatch, 7.4 Kill on sight, 6.6.2 - ramming with expensive car)

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: Mask 8189_1383 and Mask 281_6675
Date of rule breach: 26/09/18
Time of rule breach: around 23:00 CEST

Your characters name: Jonas Spencer
Other players involved: None

Specific rule broken:
6.6 Non-roleplay
6.6.2 Use of an expensive vehicle, such as a super car, to ram into other vehicles (players should show care and value
their luxury vehicles, because they are costly to repair).

7.3 Vehicle deathmatch
7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons.

7.4 Kill on sight
7.4.1 Kill on sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay.

How did the player break the rule?:
I was driving down the street when his car rammed me from behind and then pushed me off the road, he claims that it was a desync, however he continued to loot me,
and said that if I proved to him that he rammed me off the road I would get my stuff back. I gave him the clip I will be posting down below (I will upload everythin
else if admin wants me to, but I'm to tired and have stuff to do in-game to do it right now). He decided to keep the stuff, thus he abused the desync and the
violations above comes into effect.

I will not respond to any comments unless instructed by an admin. Thanks.

Thank you for the quick reply.

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion. The ramming by the other vehicle probably happened due to sync issues and was not on purpose. As it can been seen in /b that they had no idea that they hit you and assumed that you crashed yourself.
Them robbing you afterwards is not against the rules.

For these reason the players that are being reported will not recieve any punishment.
