How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
The player 56 did not respond to the rp, rather he started turning, rolling and shooting while being held at gun point with his back turned towards me. He was facing a wall, and even though he had a gun on him in his hands, when he was told to get on the ground he didn't want to follow up with rp but rather turned, rolled on the ground and started shooting. I was only 1 meter or less away from the back of his head with a shotgun. With any proper RP, he should have followed up with rp since having a shotgun pointed at you at your back from a 1m or less distance, or at the back of your head while you're not aiming and keeping your guard down should be a form of violation. I mean I could have just started shooting without any rp but I did tell him to get down and he started turning around rolling and shooting. Honestly doesn't make sense in my eyes.
