How did the player break the rule?: I came to a chopshop, saw some people, they instantly shot at my car, and then while I was writing OOC, they killed me in 3 seconds.. I stopped shooting as fast as you stopped accelerating. 2. I got a call on radio that blue comet retro was stolen by cosa nostra, and you were wearing camo pants. 3. Not to mention the chaos you put in the situation, everyone screaming with different demands, wasn't clear what you even want till you shot me. After reviewing the evidence and reading the comments I will conclude this report. @TheMksX2 Michael_Grigorovic | Stranger 9382_9364 started shooting without giving the player enough time to respond to their demands. Shots were fired almost immediately after telling him to get out. He was making no serious attempt at driving away before you started firing and you were too far away for the VOIP to be loud enough for him to realistically hear anything you were saying.
