How did the player break the rule?: We came to Sandy Shores drug lab and saw there bunch of people. Decided to rob them, they pulled the guns out and shootout happend. After reviewing your evidence I have came to the conclusion that their was no rule breach. Since the explosion of the tank could have been caused by a bullet missing you and hitting the tank. No Evidence was found that the player being reported was actively trying to cause the explosion. I would also suggest when making a report to not link a playlist of your videos since it will show the first video on the report and in this case it does not match the report.
