How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
I had just logged into the server, and I went to the garage to get my vehicle. After spawning my vehicle in ID 9 decided to casually rub against my vehicle on the drivers side, damaging my vehicle and also preventing me from getting into it instead of being patient and allowing me to just get in and drive out. I feel like this is a breach of Non-rp since no sane individual would just slide up against another person's vehicle casually and then laugh about it. After that incident I attempted to get back into my vehicle, and then ID 115 spawned his vehicle before I could leave the area which caused my vehicle to flip over and gave me a lot more trouble to have to deal with. ID 9 then starts doing random things like jumping on top of vehicles and hitting it with a golf club, and then just straight up logs out without any attempt to realistically rp any of it, this is also a breach of another part of Rule 9 saying that you cannot log out within 15 minutes of placing yourself into a situation, and to not initiate any situations which you cannot complete within that time.

I feel as though if either player attempted to RP rather than just laugh and pretend like nothing happened then I may have been able to overlook the whole situation, but just completely blowing it off and ignoring myself and the situation made the entire experience dull and annoying.

 

Additionally, after rewatching the footage back, ID 9 also just casually takes something out of my vehicle while it is flipped, which I feel is also breaking other rules as why would you just casually loot someone's possessions in front of other people while such a big accident had just occurred?

Explain the whole situation from your side and provide all available evidence to support your claims.

Hello, I would first like to say that I am sorry for the rp that I showed at the time of the report and sorry to the reporting party if I ruined their rp experience in any way.
As for what happened, I went to parking because I was planning to log off for the night. As for the reason I am seen ramming my car is I thought the bugged car was only in that position on my screen. There is a bug where many time when you un-park your car, it is at one place for the guy who un-parked it and another for other people. (This is the reason his car got flipped so many times). Once I saw him unlock the car I knew the car was in fact not bugged. The reason I was seen hopping on id 218 (who I am friends with icly) is because she says somethings on the lines of "bet you won't hit me". This would have been heard but id 218 was whispering. Finally as for the reason I logged off is because no one tried to interact with me icly or occly so my thoughts were everything was fine and I logged off.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue these punishments to the following player(s):

• Drew_Volkov (ID 9) - Non - RP| As seen in the footage, you have shown complete disregard to your asset (your car in this case) and decided to ram through the reporting party's vehicle to get it parked when it could have not costed not another minute to wait. Moreover, you've decided to ignore all realism factors and logic and start jumping on top of vehicles and randomly instigating situations around the parking lot. You in the end proceeded to log out mid RP that you initiated and needless to remind you, you need to be fully disengaged from any RP for at least 15~20 minutes before logging out but in this scenario you logged out after you stole the reporting party's briefcase from their trunk. 

  In summary, you have shown no regard for your assets, have provided actions that are deemed to be borderline NRP and unrealistic, and lastly, you logged out straight after you have initiated an RP scene.
