• Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable.

hi, i just can say that guy killed me for no reason without say anything and when he killed me he left the server i don't know why but he did that for no reason i didn't do anything i was just talk with another guy and want to help him and this man came and did (/me spits on the mans face) i just said bitch what are you doing and he stabbed me and id 74 followed me and wanted to kill me too i don't know why but they did that.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

• Sab_Ayad (63) - Deathmatch | Attacking a player without any prior interaction and no IC motive at all (Random Deathmatching)

The provided evidence shows a situation where the reporting party is standing around while Sab_Ayad (63) is pointing. The reporting party questions the player, asking what Sab_Ayad ( 63) wants. Sab_Ayad (63) then performs RP, spitting the reporting player in the face. After some more words from the reporting player gets directed at Sab_Ayad ( 63), Sab_Ayad (63) suddenly starts stabbing the reporting party with a knife. The reporting party starts running away for over 1.5 minutes and ends up getting injured from the final stab performed by Sab_Ayad (63). During this scenario, Sab_Ayad (63) did not say anything at all.

The reported player (Sab_Ayad) has been given a lot more time to provide their side of the story. However, the player failed to do so. Therefor, the report is concluded based on the provided evidence and player logs.

Deathmatching is the is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. This means that we expect a player to have a proper IC motive first and also interact prior to attacking the player. A player is expected to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning when requested. In this scenario, the player did not provide any proof of prior reasoning. The sources that were used to conclude this report do not provide any information of prior interaction and valid IC motive Sab_Ayad (63) would have to validate the attack on the reporting party. The player performed two /me's:

- /me spits on the mans face

- /me stares at man

No other form of interaction/escalation was found in this reported situation. This means that based on this evidence, the player did not have a valid reason to attack, making it appear as a random attack on the reporting party, which is not allowed. Therefor, the above mentioned punishment will be applied on Sab_Ayad (63).
