This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. How did the player break the rule?: The player I'm reporting, was following us whole day, keep ramming into us, telling it wasn't on purpose, got us killed 2 times earlier just by ramming, and they found us again, start chasing, shooting, so we end up in a shootout, where the Stranger 1342_3839 was constantly driving into us, trying to VDM, till his backup came and killed us. We know that he can do it once, but he failed and kept going on and on. You constantly bait us into these silly engagements. You lost, and you're upset. I told you, at your body my intent, as you guys pulled behind us and tried to spray us down in the back, well we established our discussion. I immediately responded by trying to flip your guys cars, so you cannot run. I only tried to hit you ONCE, the first time. I swerved from your white elegy to NOT crush the guy behind it, who tried to dodge for whatever reason and run towards my truck. I am in a frantic trying to relay info via radio, and stay in close vicinity so my people can flank you, if you guys had not moved a single step in that fight past the first time I tried to flip you, you wouldn't have been within 10-15 feet of my truck at any point. I cannot be expected to not drive frantically in a situation in which you're trying to close distance with your heavy weapons, as this is exactly how one would react in a real situation under duress. You guys CONSTANTLY behave in a manner that is unacceptable, and there is a reason why so many hate your group; trying to manipulate the forums to allow you to continue to behave this way is just silly. Also for the clips earlier, Yes, I kept trying to stop his car as I told him to stop, and he replied 'fuck off'. As far as I know, with my truck I am allowed to try and stop their vehicles mobility as long as I am not threatening their life. I have my perspective from these scenarios recorded as well. The motorcycle thing is a joke, you pulled forward into me well I hit accelerate, we're literally going like 10kph; you're reaching REAL hard here; he also doesn't include the part where we don't pursue his friend after looting his items. And you are talking about our manners , while doing this stuff for the whole day people are against us , as we are aggressive to anyone we don't know, not because we stand for our rights in forums. Your manners leave much to be desired, as does your ability to be reasonable about situations; aggressive to ANYONE you don't know; What sort of backwards mentality is that? Any time my people see you, you will be shown aggression. I never drove through the scene intending to hit players in the first place, you can see the erratic movement behavior (so erratic that they are hitting each other). You ran out of your 'car barrier', almost INTO my truck which I peeled right to avoid. I hit the car on my second come around (which you say I cannot do verbally, when NO ONE is near the car?), to destroy your barrier and swerved right to get on the bridge (truck turns extremely wide, ask another contender owner), where I was shot down outside of my truck, when laying down fire on you. The third pass is me hitting someone who was under your car that I can't see, which didn't even register as he got up and chased on foot; my target was the white elegy and you accelerate off only leaving your friends body behind; how can I possibly avoid that when his body is concealed? Like 10? More? While you can have only one attempt for each player. (Talking about the last situation). You clearly don't and your best excuse is "oh you did it first".. grow up already. And if I rob everyone, it is that way as I choose to play that character, why are you crying about that? It's your game and you choose who to be in it. You are mixing ic and ooc now, as you feel some kind of personal issues about how I do my stuff. And saying I wonder why people behave this way against my group? Also, I'm not crying - just saying you behavior has dug you a hole in terms of citywide relations. At what point did I say "you did it first"? I haven't mixed OOC and IC; your IC behavior is atrocious, and it's why so many people have issues with your group. When you got killed by us you are coming to the place were you got killed and saying all the time we are dead guys... Ramming at the bank for no reason.. breaking NLR rule, VDM, NCZ. So don’t spam this report and wait for admins reply. BallinByNature Posted October 13, 2018 Report Share Posted October 13, 2018 Thanks for the report. As per the old rules this is classified as VDM as it was not allowed to drive directly into gunfire. The new rule book does not seem to have this. Player will therefore be warned that this is not acceptable driving & we will look into re-adding the clause back into the new rule book.
