hello, first of all i scammed this guy 2 days ago and change my clothes, i saw him in the city parking lot and he told me ( where is my money where is my money ) and i told him to i didn't know what are you talking about, he still said you scammed me without anything that he can recognize me, then i told him my friend was scammed you not me and i know his location lets go together, i was planning to rob him and i tried but he broke a fear rp when i put my knife on his neck rply, i was about to do put my knife on his neck and tell him to go the private place but he was get out of the vehicle and put his gun on me, i was put my knife on his neck how he can get out of the vehicle and point his gun on me then i didn't stop the rp he said get in the vehicle i listened to his demands then i said save your pov in /b he said you reporting me i said yeah cause you broke a fear rp and he started to doing metagaming with /b and /pm to get my things back and restart  the rp again , as i know, only admin can stop the RP or restarting the rp but he said in ooc to get my things back and his .50 so i think its MG.

Hello there im id 129 and I would like to say that fear rp rules state that you are allowed to react in a powered vehicle and second your powergaming as there was no /do after your /me instead you tried to force the rp to happen. Finally, idk how its metagaming to tell u in pms we can restart rp if youd like too.

You can clearly see in the pov my guns visible, second i dont want to reply to any messages unless asked to by admins, can i also add admins that i may reply late but hopefully make it under 24 hours.

Robbie_West | ID 129 (Notified In-Game) - Please provide your side of the story and any evidence that you may have. Additionally, do you feel your actions have demonstrated proper fear for your character's safety? Why does it look like, based on your logs, that you attempted to void RP?

Mikey_Oo | ID 93 (Notified In-Game) - Please explain why you instantly jumped into /b and said "reported" the second you believed a rule was broken, and seemingly threatened the player to report him.

If the requested player(s) do not respond within (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Actually I did that just to he know that he was fault that was not a big mistake i think, and I Don”t know what do you mean at  (seemingly threatened the player to report him) I can’t say I’ll report you in forum? When he said come we can restarting rp with Metagaming.

Hello and thank you to Harveyyy, DoTo and Homast for taking this report.

10. Powergaming (PG)

• Powergaming is playing unfairly through not allowing other players a chance to roleplay responses and their own actions, unrealistic actions, or non-factual statements in /do.
• Forceful commands should be used after RP or the party is unresponsive for 30 seconds.
• Government funded faction members must go off duty when not performing faction duties IC.
• Players must capture time stamped evidence (i.e. /time or a non-cropped screenshot with the UNIX.) performing RP that will potentially influence future interactions and evidence is only valid for 48 hours, death, or until others RP invalidates it.

The first thing I would like to mention is the powergaming displayed by player ID 93. It Is seen he uses /me to forcefully put roleplay on me by using his knife, without giving me an opportunity to respond through /me nor /do. 

9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.
• Players are required to remain IC at all times. RP can only be paused or voided by admins.
• If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior.
• Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is chased they must wait 15 minutes before they can log out of the game.
• Players can’t depict their character with real images or game images not possible on ECRP.
• Non-off road vehicles may not drive up mountains or steep hills. LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt.

 

Another rule break committed by player ID 93 is the location. Whilst crime is going to happen all over the city the fact he openly chose to commit this next to Mission Row is simply not of a realistic manner, a location of where Police Officers drive through many times throughout their day. It is just plainly a poor level of roleplay and completely unrealistic.

Another rulebreak I would like to mention which has already been picked up by the administrative team is that he immediately jumped to OOC to attempt to scare me by saying “reported” OOC ( It only took him 3 seconds to jump to this after I exited the vehicle ), also doing a /report 4 accusationally telling the admins that I “broke the fear rp” which is an improper way to address an administrator. This is evidently an attempt to scare me into doing IC things which are completely Non-Rp and falls under Rule 7 with OOC toxicity. Also this player has already demonstrated he would happily fabricate lies to the administrative team stating, and I quote “actually i didn't see any gun on your hand, well if you had a gun”. This is humorous as in his POV the gun is clearly visible in my hands and is in fact pointing in the general right direction where he is sitting, so this is a completely fabrication made to cover his own back.
 

13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

• Fear RP is showing appropriate care and concern to preserve your character's safety and life.
• If a player's life is in direct danger they must RP adequate fear and comply with demands.
• If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so.
• A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it.
• A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object.

There is a numerous amount of details to highlight whilst mentioning Fear Roleplay and I have crossed out the unnecessary parts. The reporting player claims he put me under Fear Roleplay, even though he was committing Power gaming, It is stated that “A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker”. As seen in HIS POV I do have a weapon drawn ( so he absolutely cannot claim desync ) which is in fact in my closest hand to him, this consequently means I am NOT under Fear Roleplay. Also I am wearing a balaclava, slashing a throat with the neck covered is quite literally impossible. However he is under FRP. Regardless of my weapon not directly pointed at him, he is not showing the appropriate care for his life by raising a knife with a gun next to him, in my hands. Even as a criminal would you realistically sit next to a person, with a gun in their hands and even attempt to raise your knife anywhere close to him. The answer is no. This is a poor level of quality roleplay ( NRP ) and the reporting player is not showing the appropriate care for their life ( FRP ).

To address the “metagaming”, this in absolute no regard is metagaming. Relaying IC information through a non IC method is. I merely wanted to restart the situation as I was being kind that the other party felt I broke some rules, when after reviewing I did not and instead the reporting party did. This is actually a violation of Rule 6. Ruleplaying as the reporting player is “Purposefully using, manipulating or interpreting rules or rulings falsely or outside of its intention”.  Also as you would see with the evidence he sent, he edited out the Pm’s he sent to me after this interaction claiming how he is gonna report me for me being “toxic IC”, which for the record breaks no rules whatsoever. 

To conclude, this report sent by “mikeyOO” is just an attempt to get the administrative team to give me sever punishments through Ruleplaying and rule breaking of his own. I apologize to Harveyyy, DoTo and Homast for having to experience such a report, however there are players like this, whose only goal on the server is not to create good roleplay scenarios, like me, but instead to clap and “win”.

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following review of all evidence and provided statements, we have made the decision to accept this report and conclude it as follows:

Robbie_West will be receiving a NonRP (FearRP & PG) & Spoken to warning about Attempting to Void RP for the reported incident.

Mikey_Oo will be receiving a OOC Behavior Punishment for the reported incident.
 

At the start of the video, we can see both parties in a vehicle driving around when the reporting player RP'd in (/me) putting his knife to the player's neck. The reported player seemed to realize this RP in which he responded to it with a line of RP that we consider powergaming, as it's considered unrealistic based on the context of this situation. Not only their RP was unrealistic, but it also lacked any regard for his character's life and safety. Fear-RP is supposed to dictate when you have a means to end the other person's life at will, i.e. a gun to their head, a knife to their neck, or at a short distance where it's reasonable that pulling a trigger or doing an action would end their life. Not to mention RPing "slapping the player's hand away and getting out" is far away from reasonable and realistic RP.

Moreover, after the fact, the reporting player instantly jumped into OOC chat and said "reported" - This without any doubt goes against our announcement in regards to the use of "/b save pov" and any related terms. It goes without saying that all players are to remain positive to the environment; threatening a player with a report just because you believe they broke a rule is not something that we take lightly. In future situations, ensure that you inform a the player in (/pm) to save their footage, and for x,y,z. 

Lastly, after reviewing the logs of the reported player, we can see that they attempted to void the RP, by returning the items back to the reporting player, in an attempt to restart the whole situation. Per rules, only Administrative staff is allowed to void, reset or pause RP based on the situation, so ensure that this does not happen again.
