How did the player break the rule(s)? 

I was riding a bike that i found on sea lab since my car permanently stalled i heard a sound of a vehicle so i went to check what's happening there [ID 25] gets out of his hideout and said 

-off the bike now !

and shot me at the same time with a shotgun i didn't got the time to get off the bike or to run
