How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
While doing the Incident Report job ID 75 kept performing jobs in the middle of several points and would make it appear that he was doing the opposite point that he was actually doing. His RP also consisted primarily of swearing at other players for not giving him the points and being toxic in general. He even went as far to say the N word, which I realize is technically allowed ICly, but I feel like most of his communication was done in an OOCly kind of way. Several players kept asking him in OOC to stop and he just ignored them. ID 149 first called him out for blocking out multiple points, and then ID 17 was the one he threw the N word at. There were also several moments where players kept telling each other over the radio to intentionally roadblock the police using their government vehicles which I feel is also breaking Non-Roleplay.

Honestly i have no footage of this i didn't record any thing 

i don't know why the other guy reported since i mean no harm to him even the other workers told him that's nothing to report on , i due all respect but this is a pity report 

The thing is when you run to the spot and when the command appears i just press with no intention to non rp or anything  .

In regards to having video footage to this report, I am going to link a video I compiled consisting of roughly 4 minutes of video footage where ID 75 was included in the interactions.

The first minute simply consisted of when I first met the player and he insisted that myself and another player give him the Incident report spot using rough language, which didn't feel like proper or fun rp when speaking to a co-worker, you wouldn't walk up to a co-worker and talk to them in that manner, but if you were trying to "win" the game by convincing other players to leave a spot so you can benefit, it seems like poor rp. He then continued to tell other players who would work on the same location as him "good luck" in what was obviously a condescending way, even though these other players were simply doing it for the sake of RP and not to get a financial reward for it.

 

At 1:40 in the video the beginning of the footage begins to play where ID 75 appears to be intentionally shuffling in such a way to work on the spot behind him while clearly appearing to work on the spot in front of him. This is when another player calls him out in OOC.

 

At about 3:10 is when other players starting talking over the radio about intentionally blocking the road, followed by some more poor rp by ID 75 where he begins talking badly to another co-worker.

 

I don't consider it a "pity report" to desire a reasonable standard for the RP on the server when the quality of your RP is what makes the difference between a good and fun experience and a poor one.

Hey there @GiorgosK, appreciate the swift response.

Due to recent knowledge, I have learned that the reported party has already been banned and therefore this report is no longer necessary. I appreciate the time that the staff has taken to review these circumstances.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishments:

• Player Dave_Baker will receive a Punishment for OOC Behavior.

In the provided evidence it can be seen that you started using racial slurs without any prior escalation and it didn't make sense for your character to say these words. You will someone's consent before using words and also it must make roleplay sense for your character to use them. The player is also banned from our community.

7. IC and OOC Interactions

• Sexual, torture, or disgusting roleplay is allowed only if all witnesses give prior OOC consent.
  - Usage of ethnic and/or LGBT+ related slurs is considered disgusting roleplay and all parties involved must give prior OOC consent before it can be done.
  - In addition, it must make roleplay sense for your character to want to use any racial slurs In Character.
  - Racism Out of Character is strictly forbidden and can result in a permanent ban.

 

I want to also address something for the reporting party. For everyone involved with the conversation heard in the background, you cannot talk/discuss server events over a third-party application that would give you a benefit in-game. In the future make sure you're using all in-character ways to communicate such as radios, and phones.

If you feel you have received a punishment that you do not agree with, you may file a punishment appeal that follows the guidelines and format provided. Otherwise the conclusion of this report is final.
