How did the player break the rule?: They just showed up while VOIP was broken, his name was green for like 5 seconds, I INFORMED THEM VOIP WAS BROKEN,
then I started to go backwards and they opened fire instantly for no reason on everyone was there and without valid roleplay.
*Note: I did not want to mute the voice so you will hear that VOIP did not work and we could not hear them, I spoke with my friends in Discord at that time so just ignore it.
I would really like to know what was the reason for the mess DM there, they just came to high end and started shooting everyone.

What do you mean VOIP was broken? VOIP was broken at the morning and later admin just said that VOIP was fixed and you need to relog. And when we met you VOIP was working good for nearly a hour so it's your problem that you did not do that. And the reason we started shooting because we were searching for some guys that was trying to kill us and when we asked you who are u you just said VOIP is broken and didnt't even write who you are and started going backwards when we have big guns.

I'd like to defend all of us with a fearRP performed by person who's reporting us. When you have 2 big AK's pointed at your head, you don't really go backwards. If you stayed there and got your hands up and explained the situation, nothing would've esculated, or we would RP this whole scenario again.

I have nothing new to say than what Johnny_Merazzo and sKrudyla said. Everything was okay and u did not RP which was Fear RP When u had this many guns pointed at you.
I would also like to point out that, you can clearly see in the YouTube video he posted the MG. His friend OOC pm says OOC BACKUP OOC BACKUP And he backs up And his friends block the way and the routes, he knew exactly what was going on and decided to blame it on VoIP and call it dm.

Right there his friend pmd him twice rapidly OOC backup And he backed up Using OOC Info from his friend who heard us in voip. Therefore, he knew exactly what was going on before we shot, and he decided to use OOC pm to his advantage because without hearing you, he wouldn't have assumed to back up he would have continued writing in OOC because how does he know what is happening when he cant hear us. Which means he used his friends pm OOC info in character.

VOIP was still broken at this time.

My friend saying "OOC Backup" because he rammed the injured guy by mistake - You can see the guy on the ground called medics and told them someone ran over him (You can see someone is dead somewhere in the video because he thought you are their friends - If you really know the guy that was injured - Then it is OOC backup as well - But for me it did not seem like you knew him).

 

If you will look VERY CLOSE at the video at 00:12 - You will see that I started going backwards BEFORE they pulled their guns !! This was a mess DM and they are just trying to defend theirselves saying I "FEAR RP" with 0 evidence. The video shows everything.

"Many guns pointed at me" Check my previous reply about that "Fear RP" and post new player complaint if you want to report me for "Fear RP".

 

@Ol3gas I don't know what are you talking about honestly, which OOC info in IC info was used ?? I told you VOIP is broken and you just started shooting after 5-10 seconds.

Hello, @uriel250 thanks again for reporting,

This day there was a few issues with VOIP not working and its clear that these issues did present to some players above due to this and the stories provided I've made the decision that no Punishment will be handed out to anyone in this report as the issues were unforeseen and sadly can course issues. For future reference please remember to use /b /o or /ooc to make all parties aware if you can't hear one another to avoid this situation in the future.
