Specific rule broken: 7.2 Deathmatch 7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason. An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. 7.4 Kill on sight 7.4.1 Kill on sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay. How did the player break the rule?: We were arguing over something really stupid in a report not too long ago and @lenx decided to show a clip that he thought was going to benefit his friend. Unfortunately he uploaded a video where could be seen only a breach of Deathmatch and KoS rules. I've pointed that out in the prior report, but @Marco Davis said and I'm quoting now, 'I am focusing on the original reason this report was made and not any other accusations as they will need to be handled in a separate report.' With that being said, I've decide to create a separate report just like he told me to. Since you were 'guarding your friend', let me ask you what did this guy do to you or your friend that you started shooting at him? How about this guy? What did he do or said to you and your friend that got him killed? How's any of these two murders falls under any of these categories? 7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone; • If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime, such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient; • If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help; 7.4.3 KoS is allowed for these specific reasons: • Your life was threatened in the past (ex.: in a robbery, a combat situation or a hostage situation); • The life of your friend or ally is threatened at the present or if you have witnessed it happen in the past; • There is an attempt to steal your valuables, or those of your group, if the value of theft is not less than $75.000 (this point excludes vehicles); Quote Anyone that I did not know in that instance, became an immediate perceived threat to my life, so I did what I thought was necessary to preserve it. First off all, I don't care about your feelings, I'm more concerned about facts. Let me ask you again, how did any of these two people posed any kind of threat to you or your friend? I understand why you pointed a gun in a tense situation like this, I just can't understand why did you pull a trigger. The only thing that Mask 4347_5036 did was walking. There was no warnings from your side nor orders given for him to stop, you just opened fire. Mask 9976_7869 is a bigger mystery to me, I was hoping you'll be able to explain it, unfortunately you can't. Let me give you an example which might help you to understand why and where you are making a mistake. Let's say there's 20 people and one of them or even two of them start shooting.
