How did the player break the rule?:
MASK 2449 9928 attacked me with super car this is non-roleplay , stranger 5253_8909 killed me without reason and he just shot me without say anything.

Hi, I was driving on other side of the road while you just rammed into me with max speed when you saw me. you clearly saw me on the road and you could have dodged me as you can see i your own video. i don't know how i have fail RP'd/non RP'd while it all was just a normal situation.

plus we shot you because you did not have your hands up for us. i could upload even my side of the story if needed so i can prove that you did not have your hands up and it was a sync problem.

Hello and thank you for making this report. 

While an Elegy Retro is not a super-car, you did ram it full speed, obviously accidentally, and decided to try and continue to drive, after a very hard crash, I feel that both you (the reporting player) and the driver of the Elegy Retro are guilty of non-roleplay here. 

Jack_Kelly (Stranger 6263_2765) will receive a non-roleplay punishment for continuing to drive off after a head-on collision. This is unrealistic and promotes poor quality roleplay and therefore is non-roleplay. 

Femo_Jonsson (Mask 2449_9928) will receive a non-roleplay punishment for using an expensive vehicle (Elegy Retro) that isn't built for ramming for ramming purposes.

Matrix_Anderson (Mask 1460_1770) will receive a non-roleplay punishment for using an expensive vehicle (Jester) that isn't built for ramming for ramming purposes.

As the evidence provided by @verydoge12 does prove that you were not down on your knees at the time of this situation on their end, I will not be punishing anyone for Deathmatching. I would say that you would be subject to a refund request or a re-done RP scenario, @attacking, however, it is likely you would've lost your items in the robbery anyway.
