The situation started out with an altercation outside of Del Perro apartments that led to one of our members, Evie DeRose getting kidnapped. In response BSB demanded 350K and then an altercation between Melody and Dagney occurred which led to Melody being kidnapped. We took Melody to a discreet location south of the industrial area in which we attempted to negotiate an exchange consisting of Koda's girlfriend for Draven’s wife. There had been a lot of stalling through the negotiation talks as BSB appeared to be desperately searching for us to which it appeared not in the matter of Koda’s girlfriend’s life at stake but to essentially shoot and kill us as you’ll hear from their radio comms from their side. While the negotiation talks were going on, it was noticed that Melody was tabbed out for a decent amount of time during the active RP situation and after watching Koda’s POV as we tried to sort this out I found it a bit too convenient that Koda had been the one that directly found us and strongly identified us with little to no evidence of tying us to the Kamacho and player vividly seen from a far distance in his POV. To add to that I found it even more odd that Koda confidently calls out that, “seven is enough” as he had no knowledge ICly of how many of us were down there or in the area. I would like to make it clear the only vehicle they had identified us initially with was a red neon to which cannot be seen or was used while holding Melody hostage.

Hello! ID 25 (Melody Frey) here!

I would like to go ahead and get my side out of the way. Dagney called me and wanted to see if I could see why Evie was kidnapped! Well, upon attempting to mediate the situation and not involve myself, my organization was threatened and I was kidnapped after an assassination attempt on Dagney. I was threatened by Void and told we were "going to get hit" for simply attempting to be the middle man and help out. As stated, the attempt on Dagney's life failed and I was kidnapped and BLS'd and used as leverage for Void to attempt to get Evie back. This, overall, was fairly enjoyable RP as my organization is almost strictly an RP based group with very minimal PVP. Upon the initial attempt I radioed and told my organization where I was and that I'd need backup. Unfortunately no one showed up in time and I was taken to a random mountain range and this is where I was first BLS'd through RP by Paige from the faction Los Santos Royals.

We then drove to a beach under a bridge less than one mile from their HQ, we were quite literally directly south of their HQ. This RP went on for so long that I was repeatedly BLS'd for three (maybe four?) more times. I could do virtually nothing other than lay there and RP my own injuries, so that's what I did. At some point I get bored and tab out as I only have a single monitor setup and begin to play some music. A majority of the time I was playing around on my Nintendo Switch IRL because I was quite frankly bored of the situation. It had been roughly 20-30 minutes post being kidnapped and unable to do much, so I resorted listening to music, occasionally looking up at my screen if I heard something, and playing Pokemon on my Switch. At one point I even began /PMing Paige complimenting her outfit during it all, and I believe /PM'd Dagney regarding my enjoyment as well. 

Another thing I wish to bring up is upon being killed and simply sitting down at the hospital, as the members of Void began to also get killed like myself; the reporting party's immediate response was not to /PM me for my POV to send to him, or even to question me on how they knew; but was to insult my RP and say he was disappointed in it simply because his faction lost a situation that he did not wish to lose. My involvement and RP was minimal but I did in fact RP in it to the best of my abilities, and scoffing at that in such a way is nothing short of OOC disrespect and immediately killed the mood for any fun I had up unto that point.

I want to further emphasize how their spot was hidden, but still fairly obvious. Their claim to territory is the Industrial Area where the Russian Mob used to own, and it's not uncommon knowledge. It would, in my opinion; be logical to search in and around someone's claimed territory for a missing person...
Especially when according to their own faction posts, the spot I was brought to is quite literally almost marked in red; meaning the spot they kidnapped me in was technically less than 0.2 miles away from their territory.

Real quick I do not understand the Claims of NON RP and DM seems just like filler stuff with no evidence to back the claim.

So start off, I just wanna state something really clear as I am at my Wits end. Why is it that every single time the Void faction takes a "loss" in any way ICly it's always brought to the forums. I reached out to you oocly cause I had all evidence to back my claims, but you still chose to report it not based on the fact that its sufficient enough but with no other reason then to punish the entire BSB faction again! Every interaction with this faction that ends with them dying or “losing” is ended with a forum report of some sort and I am just fed up with the actions from this Faction and will be sure to go through the proper channels in the future to make FS aware of their actions. Sorry If this was uncalled for, but it has been constant with this Faction even back when people were in Rooks with reporting. it is never a report to learn, it's a report to punish.

Icly Koda is fucking furious as this is his recently proposed too fiancée, It did not matter if you were killed there or elsewhere you were gonna be hunted to the ends of the earth regardless. Now I cannot speak for Melody for the "tabbing out a lot" but I do know OOCly she plays on a single monitor so her tabbing out is common behavior. Was it convenient that I found her, Hell yeah and I knew that going into it cause I WAS the only one looking for her while everyone else sat at Kortz Center. "strongly identified" of course who else is in that location at this exact moment as I am looking and apparently even you said on the phone through VOIP "she's in the back of the kamacho bleeding out". I roamed those docks for 20+ minutes ALL OF IT as I am an EX royal member and they always went to docks with kidnap victims. (The Hostage posts in royals are literally my photos). I had actually given up looking and was gonna just go head to bed as it was like 2am and I work at 5am, BUT the Kamacho popped into my render distance catching my eye as I am leaving elysian and I see the blue, sit there for a second and literally say through VOIP "This is gonna sound fucked, but I found them" I knew without a shadow of the doubt ME SPECIFICALLY finding her would seem MG'y so much so that I even held off even saying anything to avoid a MG claim.

As for the 'Seven is enough claim" that is because I only saw a single kamacho I did not see the other so since a kamacho seats 4 people and one in the trunk with that knowledge I came to the conclusion that 7 beats 4 Hence why "Seven is enough".

You Showed no intention of even wanting to even hear my claims or resolve this OOC hence why I am so angry in this given moment as this report does not only just risk BSB members being banned again, but a morale killer for the entirety of the faction and I will not stand for it anymore. 

During this scenario I do not know if my shadowplay bugged or I ran out of space but It saved a random 1 minute clip that I have that shows my claim of my "I knew me finding them seemed fucked". Its trimmed from the 1 minute to 58 seconds as right at the end a staff report pops up.

Hi, Jay Wess ID 48 here. So the description of the Situation is that we where talking to VOID members outside Del Perro Apartments started to get into an Argument and Evie Hopped out of the vehicle and ran to the garage area. The heated argument commenced and a VOID member hopped out and gave demands me and Bruce drove off and started to shoot back the VOID neon drove away and we saw Evie was still sitting near garage at Del perro apartments. Knowing that Evie was apart or was in close relations with VOID due to her wearing Red colors and being in the VOID neon. She Ran to the Dealership across the street where we told her to drop her weapon and got her into the back of the vehicle. We then drove up to Quartz center and started negotiations which I had absolutely no part in and was there to make sure no one was coming up. We got a Radio call that Koda had found them and we rolled there I then hopped into Bruce's vehicle and headed down to where they where found I believed there is no way Melody is still alive after all that time after being shot and 20-30 mins IRL time I don't know how much time in game she would of IRL succumbed to her wounds and died due to a simple BLS kit not being able to keep someone from bleeding out from various GSW's some being very serious I'm guessing so I decided to start shooting at them and then we ended up winning the fight. I only have the POV of the fight at the end.

ID 98 Bruce Hardings here, thanks to staff for taking this report. Before I begin I want to emphasize what Koda stated in the first part of his reply. Every rp situation BSB has had with Void end with them reporting us. I’m currently out of town on vacation so I do not have pov but I can upload when I get home. This situation began after a short altercation between me and a 4 stack void car that Evie was in. This led up to Void pulling on me about 5 seconds after Evie left the car. The Void car decided to run away from us so I made the decision to take Evie hostage as a way to negotiate some money or guns from Void. After securing Evie in a location Melody Rogers, a close ally to us, acted as a middle man to negotiate with Void. Void was not happy about this and decided to hunt down Melody instead of negotiating. They were eventually able to get Melody, leaving her to act as a hostage for them. We found out where they were from Koda searching the docks. Like I stated earlier, I can upload my pov when I am home sunday.

ID 43 Jorden Sperry here, glooks to staff for taking this report. Unfortunately, I do not have POV, as DVR hasn't been working for me lately, my apologies. To give a quick summary of what happened, I flew in and was immediately told to come to Kortz. I arrive there and to see my fellow BSB with Evie hostage. I asked them why this was and they informed me that void pulled on Bruce earlier, sent a few shots off and drove off. Evie left the car so they took Evie hostage in attempts to get negotiations out of Void. I was told Melody Rogers, which is married to Koda and also an ally of us was held hostage by Void. The 6 of us at Kortz attempted multiple negotiations with Void, while Koda was searching around the dock area which is known to be Void territory. Koda was searching around that area for a while and he finally found a red vehicle, which raised suspicion that they might be there. Koda went to get a closer look, as shown in his POV and realized it was them and had then, informed us all that they were present, so we   went there, in attempts to save Melody. Since the vehicle already shot at us, we began raining shots down on them. What I find quite ironic is that as shown in ID 65's POV is that they acknowledge a rival gang's threat to them and they decide to kill Melody out of pettiness, rather than trying to fight off rival gang members, shooting directly at them. You can hear ID 46 say "kill melody" the moment shots let off, then ID 28 killing her, instead of shooting at us. I find this NRP and not caring for your characters life, as your in an active shootout, yet you decide to put your focus on killing someone out of pettiness, but that's just me. Respectfully, I must say that out of all the factions I have been in that opposed Rooks and Void ICly, have been unenjoyable, due to the comments and accusations made by them OOCly. We have yet to bring those situations to the forums and resolved them in game, so we don't understand why these factions are so opposed to us and trying their absolute hardest to get us banned. Every situation I participate in with this faction has been brought to forums and fails to tell us why or even attempt to solve it OOCly, it has been solely in attempts to punish the opposing faction out of pettiness, simply because of a "loss" and not to teach rule breaks. A prime example of them purposely reporting to get people punished would be in this very report below, they responded to back up knowing they would be shot for it, as it is an active shootout and did it anyway. Why put your life in danger, knowing that someone is going to shoot you? It is obvious that the DM rights were valid, but yet they bring it to forums and didn't even attempt to solve it OOCly, resulting in our faction being punished and looking bad. Again, I am not bashing or being disrespectful, but it is quite obvious, that these are petty reports, trying to get people banned. Thank you for your time.

Hi Joshua Edwards here ID 10, i would like to personally like to thank the staff for taking this report. I would also like to apologize as i don't have any POV at the time i thought i was recording but when i tabbed out after the situation concluded and went to rewatch what just happened i realized that my OBS was not open at the time i am sorry. But to summarize what happened leading up to this event a 4 stacked Void car pulled on Bruce and i think Jay Wess and gave demands Bruce and Jay shot called for backup at Del Perro apartments when i arrived they had kidnaped Evie and put her in the trunk we then drove up rockford plaza where we were followed by a drag i stopped to talk the drag got off and started to shoot at me and took some of the tires on the elgey. We then decided to take her to a safer and more secure spot so we took her to Kortz Center put her on the roof called some void demanded like 250k for her safe release. Somewhere in there Melody tried to act as middleman in the negations and got shot and taken hostage. We then sent a scout to look around industrial for them as there HQ is near there. After a bit Koda found them and we made the decision that we were going to try and rescue melody.

Swarles Barkley here - there was an encounter at Del Perro in which shots were exchanged between a Void car and BSB, the Void car left behind Evie immediately after the shots, so she was taken as a hostage and a ransom was demanded. We took the hostage to Kortz as it was night time and kept her there until we heard Koda say he had located Melody. We then left Kortz and proceeded to the location that Koda had called out. From there we pull in and I think its clear in my POV I have no idea where exactly Void is just that theyre on the beach under the bridge, and I dont actually spot them until we're getting out of the Kamacho.

We got a call on radio that they had been spotted and we went there and killed every member of void.
