How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\ 

Player ID 36 was attempting to get into my freshly spawned vehicle from the city parking. As they were attempting to get into the back seat of my car, while I was getting into the front seat, I locked my car to prevent them from entering. All this was after they said that they might try to scam me. You can see in the chat that they PMed me and accused me of script abuse. I reported this in game and was directed to submit this.

Noah here.

So in my side of the story I was offering this guy a VSTR or an apartment for sale. He said no because he had seen only 2 clowns around the city one shot him and one robbed him. I made a joke of that and said that I might be the 3rd clown that will scam you and role played as I laugh. After like 1 min he spawned a car as you can see in his POV he went into it and got inside it. He had no weapon/anything that could harm me. and I myself know that I was the guy who robbed him before for his car by asking a lift and pulling a knife on his throat. I took this as a chance to rob him again by getting into his passenger seat. I don't see that as power gaming nor script abusing because I got into his passenger seat even after he got into his drivers seat. as you can see in his own POV. I never spammed F I just pressed G in the mind to get into his passenger seat to ask him for a ride go to a secluded area and rob him. But However I want to inform admins that is reviewing this report I was the one who lost the opportunity to roleplay as he goes ahead and bug abused by locking the car which lead it to kick me out of it while the door is open and i was hoping in. I see that as powergaming and bug abusing. However I ignored that and informed him not to do that in future but he doesn't seem to have a knowledge about what is bug abusing and what is powergaming. Realistically in real life if a cars door is open you can never kick someone out of the car by locking it. I was trying to inform him that but instead he doesn't seem to learn it. ((Unfortunately I dont have any POVs as I was not informed that im getting reported nor to save my POV. ))

Just a slight update. 

1. This guy had not robbed me before as the situation he described with the knife to my neck has never happened to me and he never shot me, I said that a clown masked guy had shot some dude. 

2. I can upload the full video of me logging in, spawning, saying a few words, and then spawning my vehicle if you would like to see that it was right after I logged in that this happened.

3. Trying to jump into a freshly spawned vehicle before the owner can get in is attempting to push yourself into their vehicle without a chance for them to get in. You can clearly see that he ran to my car to get in as soon as I walked over to it, hence why I locked it the first time. As soon as I started to get in after unlocking it he was there trying to force his way into it. Locking my car is the only way to prevent an unwelcome rider getting into my car before I get a chance to get in myself. This is why it is power gaming in my eyes as you have zero opportunity before someone tries to do what he did. He had no invitation, no reason, and was ultimately trying to get into my car so I could not kick him out so he could rob me.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to make a report, and for the reported party to respond. We have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s);

- I'd like to point out the second paragraph in the Punishment Guidelines; 'Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. '. I do not believe that the situation has caused a severe loss to the reporting party, and the outcome would not have been different. Therefor the report will be denied.

However, I do want to address something; Trying to get into vehicles right after they were spawned in order to steal them is “unrealistic and promote bad quality roleplay”. In future, I would recommend not looking at things like that as an opportunity to steal. Also keep in mind the bigger picture, where are you, how many people around, how busy would this area realistically be, is it worth doing something risky here?
