I was searching the Labs for peoples to Rob them then I saw a new player taking plants inside the lab so I decided to Rob him for his plants but He was stalling RP, Fear RPing, and Talking OOC over voip, also when I wanted to rob him he didn't Fear for his character's life and told me hes trying to call cops and report me over voip but my internet is so slow for uploading so I can't provide the POV and I wanted to report him ingame but the staff weren't respond to me and he was a new player. then after I wanted to Write that this player also Fear RPing and not responding to RP but id 34 pulled into the lab at the moment and I tryed to get on my bike but it was unlocked when I pressed K to unlock it but I changed my mind because id 34 get off of his bike so I decided to pull out my gun quickly and tell him to hands up hands up but he get on the bike and I told him to get off but he completely ignored my Demands and ride his sport bike up to the steep hill at a high speed which is completely NON RP driving.

Thank you harveyyy for handling this

So I went checking labs for some marijuana plants so I can cook them and sell them.

Once I arrived at north lab I saw two guys standing, so I thought that I should check it out. Once I arrived I hopped out too see what is going but then I saw a gun on the mans hip so I hopped back on my bike and drove straight away.

As you can see on this screenshot, his gun was not out yet and I was on my bike already.

On the second screenshot shows that I was already driving away after his gun was pulled out. Which is not putting on me under and kind of Fearrp as I was driving away already.

(And not the mention the engine of my bike was still ON.)

As wolokai mentioned in that report ''Please keep in mind that slight off-roading (Within case-by-case context) can be deemed acceptable under the right circumstances'' µ

And I think that I was under the right circumstances too go a little bit on that hill too be a harder target incase he started shooting and too make sure that i was out off there asap.

I ckecked My POV again to see if it was breach of fear RP or not by pausing the video at the moment when I withdraw my gun and aimed at you but I saw that My gun was already withdrawn and my aim on you at a close range which is montioned in the fear RP rules also your bike hasn’t started moving yet

And I don't want to prolong it because the admins are better at making decisions.

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following the review of all evidence and provided statements, we have made the decision to deny this report for the following reasons:

At the start of the video, we can see the reporting player RPing frisking Rj_Lamont, and asking them in /b to respond to RP after approx. 11 seconds. At 0:47, he proceeded to use /firsk ID but the player was unresponsive. Shortly after, we can see Alberto_Mandojev entering the lab in which the reporting player decided to run back to their bike, and that happened at 1:08, leaving and ending the RP with Rj_Lamont. In this situation, even if the new player responded to the RP and used the command to allow the frisk, the outcome would've been the same, as the script requires the player to wait 30 seconds before they can access the other player's inventory, and you made the decision to run away. Additionally, we can see Rj_Lamont using their phone while the reporting player was robbing them. We deemed this as not against the rule, considering the context and the level of threat that the reporting player was posing, and also Rj didn't call the police or even sent any texts on their phone. Lastly, the player can be heard saying "Player 16" - In this situation, we'll give him the benefit of the doubt, as it seems like he was just hotmicing and there is a high chance of them just talking to someone else in their room.

In regards to the FearRP claims against Alberto_Mandojev, after an extensive review of the provided evidence, we deemed it as not FearRP. In the context of the situation, the player entered the lab, got off his bike, then got back on and drove off as the player was pulling out their gun, posing no immediate threat to Alberto's life and safety. This can be clearly seen in the footage that Alberto was already driving off when the gun was fully withdrawn. Keep in mind shouting demands while in the process of withdrawing a firearm does not put a player under FearRP.

Fear-RP is supposed to dictate when you have the means to end the other person's life at will, i.e. a gun to their head, a knife to their neck, or at a short distance where it's reasonable that pulling a trigger or doing an action would end their life; It is not that anyone who points a gun at you is frozen instantly; but that's seeming to be what was expected here.

Lastly, in regards to the NonRP driving claims against Alberto_Mandojev, after reviewing the footage, we can see that the player went slightly off-road as they were leaving the situation, as you have shown hostility towards them. This was a reasonable act considering the context and it did make sense to do so in this specific situation. If they went full off-road up the mountain or drove off-road for a considerable amount of time, then it would've been a different case.

Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred.

Report is denied, locked and archived.
