How did the player break the rule(s)?
I personally responded to a vehicle pursuit. In which I joined it to pursue the individual up and down mountains. He eventually ended up driving his BF400 directly into the ocean and swam out into the sea. Officer ID 63 Gareth Longford pursued him in the water. A boat was deployed by ID 29 Jonathon Wilowick. ID 101 Phillipe Sanchez and myself ID 94 Leo Larson took a seat on the boat in search for ID 83. To then be alerted by AIR-1 Joseph Couch, that he combat logged.

 

Prior to my involvement I was told that he was actively wheeling while being pursued. ID ? Tyrell Lee's footage will be listed below.
