How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)\ I was searching the labs for peoples to rob them, then I saw that guy and he was taking plants then immediately I get off of my bike and pulled out my gun and told him to get off the bike but he did fear RP and he get on his bike and drove off but he got crashed then I suddenly Run to him and told him to get on his knees but he was stalling RP and he starts saying I don’t have anything then after around 15 seconds he get on his knees and I starts RPing rob him but he was stalling RP and when I wanted to search him for keys he get off his knees and get on his bike and drove off which was a breach of fear RP because I was lowered my gun to type. Edit: sorry for this Edit but He also did non RP driving because in the video which is clearly can be seen hes driving a non off-road bike/Sport bike on this mountain, also with an high speed which is a Poor quality RolePlay. Therefor, this report has been concluded based on the provided evidence. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Jah_Fading (246) - Non-RP | Fear RP | Fleeing while under Fear RP as the attacker is typing Jah_Fading (246) - Non-RP | Using a sports bike for off-roading, driving up a mountain To explain the reasoning behind this punishment, we can look at the footage provided in this report. Shadyar_Rzgar can be seen robbing Jah_Fading at Dignity Village with a pistol at point blank range. When the reporting player lowers his weapon to type, the reported player runs off without any other type of interaction and unlocks his bike, driving away. The reported player can then be seen driving up the mountain on the bike. Fear Roleplay states: "If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so." We expect players to not take advantage of the fact that a player might be typing, making it physically impossible for them to hold a weapon. Therefor, a player still remains under Fear RP during this. The provided evidence shows that the reported player decided to run as the reporting player is typing. Additionally, the reported player can be seen driving up a mountain on their bike. We expect players to not use any non-off road vehicles to drive up mountains or steep hills as this is considered unrealistic. For the above mentioned reasons, a punishment for Fear RP and Non-RP will be applied.
