How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
So I offered ID 43 my apartment for sale for 300k + 2 vehicles. Which we signed a contract afterwards. After all the legal stuff are done He withdrew cash from the ATM infront of me which I Roleplayed and he responded using /do that he withdrew 240,000$. We then went to our apartment I held him under gunpoint with the assistance of my friend. Then took him to a room locked him there and demanded him to get on his knees. He was not responding for like 5 seconds and then he disconnects from the server to avoid loosing the 240,000$ so If he was still there I could've robbed 240k from him and also took all the evidence that he have against me scamming him.  Then I messaged him over discord to ask if he is returning which he then blocks me making it obvious that he intentionally combat logs.

Logs will prove that he took the money I hope that I will be able to get the money because if He didnt combat log which I will for sure will get.

Thanks for reviewing this appeal!

Unfortunately this is not my POV as it is my friends but I can explain who was speaking at the beginning it was me while I just entered my apartment and grabbed my AK normally it de-syncs the guy who is entering the door and it shows that he is like stuck at the door that he cant enter but after he just teleports where he just planned to goes that's why I told Tanay himself to "go inside buddy go inside bro" https://imgur.com/8IDv9aE There you can see me talking but you cannot see it via the ID because it is camouflaged to my door in the right side but you can see it in the right side of Shins POV.

For the unedited POV part Shin told me that he used gamebar to record the rule breach because he had an update which came day before yesterday to Nvidia making his Nvidia captures not working and if i'm default clipping time of gamebar is 30 seconds. and Actually it captures between 25-30 seconds in gamebar it is not the same as nvidia if you dont believe me you can check it out yourself but however you could ask shin to explain this more well than me I was ID 21 at that situation.

Tanay_Curtis - Combat Logging #1 - To explain the reasoning behind this punishment we can look at the footage provided in the initial report. During the interaction in the video evidence provided it can be seen that Noah Mtnick and  Uchiha Shin staging up outside of a room in an apartment with an Assault rifle and .50. They then came into the room you were in and held you up at gunpoint instructing you to put your hands up in an attempt to rob you. At which point Tanay Curtis responds with "wtf" puts his hands up and then promptly disconnects from the server failing to return or to make a crash report. 

Its important to remember if you crash/disconnect during active RP it is your responsibility to post a crash report to let the other players involved know about the situation and when you will be able to return. Not only did you fail to post a crash report Tanay Curtis blocked the reporting party on discord when being asked about his return.
